redambrosia
I know there's still issues to address and the site still needs things done to it, but I want to give Kit a huge kudos for not only working the IT side of things, but the customer service side. Get some sleep at some point! 12
eldamir
Sorry @kit for piling things on.. noticed another slight issue. My US-based account shows my past order (only one until the legacy stuff gets merginated) in British Pounds and offers to save my VAT invoice.. If this has already been raised, ignore me :)
Xiwo Xerase
I'm not a Reaper employee but... to help with troubleshooting: Were you using the Figure Finder search or a standard string search? What specifications and/or string were you searching on? What were you expecting to find? A likely possibility is that the product you are looking for is missing the expected tags. Knowing which product and which tags would be helpful so the product can be updated appropriately.

With this layout I probably won't anymore. What about the layout makes it more difficult to browse through the store? Overall, I like the look of the new site. I appreciate the amount of work that has gone into it. Bugs: When sorting DHL miniatures by "latest", the last result on page 54 is 03857: Townsfolk - Milk Maid, which should be significantly newer. Possible bug: The last page sorted by "latest" (https://www.reapermini.com/miniatures/dhl/latest/page54) contains an assortment of miniatures which I believe have different release dates. (I'm not completely certain because I don't have a list of product release dates.) Feature requests: In the search result pages (or just the category pages, e.g. https://www.reapermini.com/miniatures/dhl), allow increasing the number of products shown per page. On the same pages, allow the visitor to go to an arbitrary page in the results. For example, at https://www.reapermini.com/miniatures/dhl, there are 54 pages of results. I would like an easy way to go to, say, pages 37 or 48. (I can do this by changing the URL but this isn't a general solution.) On a product page's mobile version (e.g. https://www.reapermini.com/miniatures/dhl/latest/02238 on an iPhone), show the tags for a product, possibly in a collapsible field. On the old site, the Figure Finder would show when a miniature was released and if it was NIC. Would it be possible to add this information to the products on the new site?

It is mobile friendly, and although it is mobile friendly, this means more scrolling yields less raw info. Fewer minis presented for a given effort level of swiping. Less bang for your buck. More effort from one’s grabby Wolf paws yields less Miniatures seen sliding by. ( That’s my guess; @Glitterwolf may differ.)

It's the look of the shop itself. the size of the images and the way they pop up. When looking at the old site I could see more images of a certain type. Now I only see about ten images who fill the screen. As for the search engine, it could be the Beta version of the EU site and I hope this will be attented to, but it just didn't search. If I tried to search for Bones I still got the metals as well and vice versa. Searching for different ranges didn't work for me either. Again, probably BETA. But it threw me off. I will wait till all is resolved and then see how I like it. And BTW it doesn't matter if I like it or not, I'm no Reaper employee and have no saying in such matters, nor should I. Maybe I'm the 1% who doesn't like the new site, so it could mean nothing. And I will buy the minis anyway, I will probably browse the store less and go directly to a EU webshop who sells Reaper minis. No big deal.

If you do, would you please provide steps (for example, the search criteria) so the issue can be reproduced? (Note: I'm not a Reaper employee. I can't fix anything. I'm just asking questions to try to help troubleshoot.)

First search: I search for "ORC" Results on page: 45 Pics. Medium sized. ( to me, they could be smaller to show more but that's just a matter of taste) Some Half Orcs which I didn't know were Orcs ( Ragnaros Evil Warrior is an ORC? He has that tag, always perceived him as a Human ) Second Search for "Bones". Also 45 pics medium sized. So it seems the search engine has been solved. Still waiting for the IG and the Craft section. I will have to get used to the bigger style pics, I guess. And this time all Bones. So this has been resolved it seems.
Mad Klingon
Apparently, Mobile Ready means PC Desktop was forgotten. On my 24" 1920x1200 monitor, the Surkar Orc Shaman fills most of the screen. Attached is the browser expanded to full screen. To view the rest requires a lot of scrolling. Might want to do a Desktop Ready design soon. 3
JackMann
While a certain amount of frustration is understandable, let's all remember that Kit's still working on this. While there's likely no pleasing everyone, I'm confident most of our concerns will be addressed in time. 5
Xiwo Xerase
Bugs: There is a test product (SKU test0) viewable in the system. This should probably be hidden or removed. When performing a search for a string without any results (for example, I searched on the misspelled string "Sophe" by accident), I am shown all products. There is no message indicating there were no search results found. (I'm not completely sure this is a bug. I'm calling it a bug since I believe this violates the principle of least surprises.) Feature Request: On the old site, the Figure Finder included some entries for minis that are no longer available (for example, some of the limited edition miniatures from past ReaperCons). Would it be possible to have these included somewhere for historical reference?

I'll take a screenshot when I get home.
Paradoxical Mouse
@kit Is there a better place to submit bug reports/suggestions while this migration is ongoing? And maybe some way to mark priority (site breaking vs. inconvenient)?
Glitterwolf
@kit the LTPK and the Paint Sets can't be added to the cart ? That is greyed out. Is that because they are not available or is this a glitch?
