The Pledgemanager will apparently include accessoires not shown in the campaign like dice, paints and objective markers. Have they worked with any paint manufacturers before, so we know what to expect?

Also, Egyptian themed RPG dice could be interesting, although I have a lot of dice.

During their Halfling Campaign they had an add on from Army Painter.

So I guess they will work with that.

I am thinking of ordering that egyptian stamp roller you guys talked about on the KS. Just not sure I am painting these up as Egyptian yet.

I could probably find some uses for the Cobblestone one. I have some Basius pads that I primarily use for basing miniatures. I wish I could've gotten in on their larger pads KS last year :(

Great news, you can buy them now...  30 GBP each though, plus shipping.

As for the greenstuff rollers, i get a lot of use out of my small cobblestones one, as well as Runic, and Dark Runes.

Excited for the PM!

We will have to wait a few weeks before it opens.

For the amount I pledged now I will be getting lots of Undead and I decided to include that Elf Hydra as well.

Too cool, and I can always paint the handlers as Undeads or maybe they're allies of the Tomb Lords.

  • Dead Army
  • Liche Chariot
  • Tomb Jackals
  • Jackal Horrors
  • Jackal Alpha
  • Scarab Monsters
  • Ox and Cart
  • Vishgors
  • Undead Heavy Cavalry
  • Egyptian Skeletons
  • Undead Titan Spell Caster
  • Temple Ghasts
  • Undead Lord on Dread Sphinx
  • Sphinx Hounds
  • Elf Hydra
  • 3 packs of 25mm bases.

Maybe I'll add some more during the PM.

I might swap the Sphinx Hounds maybe for a few Elves not sure yet.

All in all a large force don't you think?

And I ordered the TT Combat Tomb Queen now.

Not to mention my Reaper and Crocodile Games Egytpian Undead and Anubi who are waiting for paint..

Pretty sure that's not how that is supposed to work.... <_<

The Auld Grump

Sez YOU! ::P:

We actually reached a compromise.

Undead army and elf battalion, but we will schedule the elf battalion FIRST so if we only get one thing it will be mine.

I would be using them in Vanguard, mostly, and in KOW with the Nightstalkers, so I don't neec a full army.

I am laying claim to the Nightstalkers, but only because I have already started painting them for Pathfinder.

Tested the Twilight Kin elves and night stalkers as allies last night, wow. They are MUCH nastier together than apart.

I kicked his butt.

If anyone is thinking about using these elves as Twilight Kin?

Do it, and add Nightstalkers as a companion force.

Scarecrows make a GREAT screen, and can break off by charging while in range.

I tied up Grump's big skellie unit until the end of the game, grabbed the objectives with elves and weakened him all over with ranged.

I held two objectives, he held NONE! And VP were based entirely on objectives. I both held objectives and denied him any.

Definitely getting at least the battalion. Maybe talk Grump into the army, for flexibility, not just to field a bigger force.

I'm impressed with the giant. This is looking good. I thought the halfling fliers would have a desert theme... these look more european. Not a bad thing, just not what i was expecting. They don't fit with the Halfling raiders. So that's at least one set i can probably skip.

They haven't said the Elf Bath is still coming, but his comments keep heavily implying that it will.

Been watching the previews for this on Bold's Instagram,  Some crazy cute models, this time sculpted by  Ismael Nieto.  I'm particularly fond of Bisa and Tori, the winners of the dino race, and the BatPacker is too cute.  Resin cast and STL like their last several releases.  I've picked up their STLs before and been very happy, Planning to try to swing for at least one in resin this time, though shipping from Sweden hurts.

OMG!  Jason Weibe helped create the new Dwarven line being released on Kickstarter by Tomb Guardians!  These minis look so cool and they are cheap!  I haven't seen anyone post about this yet but here is the link.  It starts tomorrow morning.  They also said Bobby Jackson and Gene Van Horne created there monsters in the set.  Cant wait.   I purchased there Amazons and they were fantastic!  I posted some pics.  Im assuming the Fire Demon and add ons are in Resin.

      A huge 2 for 1 KS!
(You get BOTH Humans and Halflings in one project! )
Bloody Peasants! by Midlam Miniatures — Kickstarter

      Story
"Oh no!  It's an armed agrarian uprising!"
Toiling in the fields for their feudal overlords, the peasants are equally quick to turn their tools to defending their lands from monstrous invaders or, when pressed to the limit, revolting and overturning cruel and greedy landowners.
      Bloody Peasants!
A selection of human and halfling farmers in 28mm scale miniatures for all of your fantasy games.
You can choose from humans, halflings or both!
      The Humans
A familiar sight in the villages surrounding Midlam.
      The Halflings
A smaller folk, doing the same jobs as the longshanks.

      It's a Midlam project, so you know what that means;
Maybe a stretch goal, very possibly an early fulfillment, and absolutely no nonsense.
