This week I finished "Arakus Landarzad, Wizard" from the "Grey Beards" set in the Bones 4 Core box. I tried a couple experiments with this guy; one was using purple for the shadows on the yellow robes, and the other was using Citadel Contrast Paint to do the gem on the staff. To read more about it see: http://allbonesabout.blogspot.com/2021/01/arakus-landarzad-wizard-bones-4-figure.html

One of the three from #2550. Been a while since I've touched a paint brush. Tried to use up as much of my old Ral Partha paints from LOOOOOOOOOONG ago. I made zero attempt to make him pretty. But there wasn't enough to give him that LARP image at a renaissance fair.

Hello Everyone! I just painted this guy this morning and liked him so much I figured I may as well post him here. I also decided to try and freehand some stars on his robes, so tell me what you think. Also any tips on lighting and stuff would be nice. Currently I'm just using two lamps and my phone camera.

Hello everyone, here are pictures of the third model I entered in the Pathfinder painting contest. This is the metal version of 60009 Seoni the Sorceress sculpted by Bob Ridolfi.
The challenging part on this one was painting the tattoos and the other freehand on her clothes.
