You can be proud of this!

And about the newer blue cloth?

He took it from his last kill, even an Undead Giant wants to look nice every now and then..

Thanks for the comments.  @Glitterwolf I'm telling everyone the blue is new because he just wants to look pretty, is that so wrong? ::P:  @jonfreeman thank you for the compliments on the textures.  He would definitely not fit on a base that size.  Without counting my base he is 14 cm from sculpted base to the tip of his dagger.  His sculpted base is 95mm wide by 75mm front to back.  The hammer extends a bit past the base so counting that it is 80mm.  The sculpted base doesn't really extend very far in any direction and doesn't even go as far as the hammer so even if you cut the base off he wouldn't fit.  So you asked how big is he?  He is HUGE.

And I want to name the hammer Graveyard Smash (as in monster mash, it was a graveyard smash). ::D:

This guy looks great! I like the pop of blue, and I really love the wood grain you've done.

And yeah, this mini is gigantic! Mine is based on a CD, and he looks right at home... Maybe like he's about to outgrow the CD!

@Sanael I saw yours quite a while ago and always remembered the squish mark in the mud that you did.  I didn't remember until I looked it up last night that it was you who painted it.  Thanks for the compliment, I always admired yours!  Did you cut any of the sculpted base off or is it all just hidden under the texture paste?

Hey, thanks!

Yeah, his whole base is under the pumice. His legs are spindly enough I think it's be really hard to work with him if you removed the integral base.

The dire crocodile, dire boar, and dire crab were one of the Bones 4 addons, and it doesn't look like they've hit retail just yet. Which is a shame, because we need more giant crabs.

The mud on the dire crocodile's base is just some water effect goo dribbled on that half of the base. The barnacles attached to the rocks on the dire crab's base were sculpted with green stuff. The rocks... those are just rocks.

I'm looking for something to stick Bones, specifically Ma'al Drakar's terrain, to a wooden base. It's not thick enough, at the area I want to place it, to pin effectively.

What kind of adhesives would work? I'm thinking epoxy, maybe? I just /really/ don't want to melt it accidentally and have to buy a new one.

I just like the way the blue/black wings look.  - I did the same with the Librarian Sophie. (last month)
I really need to paint up one of the metal versions for contrast.
I'm not sure what she is serving - Meat, bread and salad is the way I painted it, but that could be cake instead.

Been wanting to paint this one for awhile. Love the dynamic pose! Really happy with this one.

Look at that winning smile!  He wants you to come for dinner....

I am sad to see the paint has rubbed off in some places, might have to try to patch that up by using some Reaper liner.
