Glitterwolf
@TGP Nutella is indeed a chocolate/hazelnut spread. Yes it's filled with sugar but a roll filled with that would taste yummie. In Dutch: https://www.bekijkdezevideo.nl/video/10764/cakerol-met-nutella:-zo-maak-je-deze-eenvoudige-en-overheerlijke-lekkernij If you search for Nutella Recipe you will get all sorts of goodness including pancakes, cakerolls, cinnamon/nutella cakes etc.

Free time + zero responsibilities. Adulting is not as rewarding as you'd expect. 9

Yes. I know when I was a kid there was this delicious hazelnut pudding you could buy, it's gone and I have never found anything like it. Also- toys? I would love to have all the Star Wars Toys from the original series, in their blisters please 8

Second answer: We had far more marshmallowy sugary cereals back in my youth (80s), with many more flavours. I remember Franken Berry being offered all year long, and not just around Halloween. I also miss squeezable tube cheese. Economically not practical as I could go through a tube in minutes, most likely unhealthy in all measures, but it always felt like fancy eating. 10

CRUNCHEROOS!!! Gawds I miss those. So much Apple and cinnamon, and eating them was crunch, crunch crunnnnnnnch. Such good times. Oh, and a dinosaur mascot too. Alternate answer: the CanEx on Griesbach. They had an awesome selection of candy..... Alternate alternate answer: it's either Chocolate Overdose or Death By Chocolate. Forgot which one was the one on Whyte Ave that sadly burnt down....

There were toys that I loved as a boy, but I think it best to leave them as happy memories than to have their magic dispelled as an old man.

Old school cereals, the kind that were so sweet that sometimes you'd find chunks of pure sugar at the bottom. Nowadays they've changed Alpha-Bits from small crunchy letters to bloated misshapen corpses of them, and without the entire alphabet to boot. They tasted so terrible that I actually threw out a full box of them. And bring back the Wizard of Words, damn it!

The Super Soaker 100 and 200. The original series was far more reliable and pleasing to the eye then the rest since the late 90s. The 200 was a massive twin tanked beast that when utilized properly meant one would win through attrition. I have two 50s and a 30, so the 100 is needed to round out my collection, and it had the best balance of any Super Soaker ever made. 19 minutes ago, Pezler the Polychromatic said: Old school cereals, the kind that were so sweet that sometimes you'd find chunks of pure sugar at the bottom. Also what happened to Lucky Charms no longer putting cheap plastic prizes in the boxes! 7

Here is a picture: The airplane in the upper left. Fokker D-VII. Also the Sinclair Oil Company pebbly skinned, scaly, lizard-like, now-considered-totally-inaccurate dinosaurs. There was a Brontosaurus and a Triceratops. And I don’t care there is no such thing as a Brontosaurus! #PlutoisaplanetAndBrontosaurusarereal. Which caused Hubby to go on a long rant about the joys of said cookies with Nutella spread on them. Real little people, not the blobby monstrosities they make now. I still have my little people house and a few real little people. It terrible what they’ve done to them!
