Peanut M&Ms.

But I'm not allowed to buy them anymore as I have no willpower and can easily finish off a large bag of them in one go.

Are you saying that's not how we're supposed to eat them?

October 31: What's your favorite kind of candy?

Currently, anything in the caramel/taffy/toffee family.

But I'll eat anything from a Halloween bag. ANYTHING! I once chipped a tooth on a mouthful UNICEF pennies.

You could just stack those two things. That rapid succession unwrapping procedure sounds like a huge spot of bother.

It's not the same if they are stacked together. It's the Kit Kat chaser that does it, because it's the hint of lingering peanut butter that makes all the difference. Plus, both have to be unwrapped anyways. I dare say I am saving time by unwrapping the second piece quickly.

Is DOOM a horror video game?

The original?  It's been a long time but my memory of it is a game that contained horror elements, but is not horror in and of itself.  Doom 3 was more horror than the first 2.

I like variety and don't have a go-to candy.

Oct 31

Whatever is cheapest at work.

Considering I grab a candy bar when I'm breaking loads down & I don't take a break, I'll munch on that so whatever is the cheapest is what I'll get.

It is no longer made. Hershey made a (knock-off?) alt-version of M&Ms but used their special dark chocolate, instead of milk chocolate, on the inside.

Is this different from dark chocolate M&Ms?  I can find those at Target around here.

M&M Mars and Hershey are different companies. The flavour of the chocolate is a little different.

Three colours matched to the candy bar packaging.

Reeses Cups, Kit Kats, Almond Joy, are not safe in my presence. (Sometimes I hear a nature show narrator's voice in my head describing the action as I stalk the bags....)Occasionally I go on a root beer barrel binge as well.

Ah, I forgot that.  I'm sorry.

I did try the MnM Version once.

I don’t see them very often though.

Reese's Peanut Butter whatever (Pumpkins, Christmas Trees, Eggs, etc). But honestly I try to limit my sugar intake these days, and I try to stick with primarily dark chocolate. Dark Chocolate Kit Kat and York Peppermint Patties are probably the two most common.

I much prefer dark chocolate over most other candy options.

Most other commercial candy is a bit too sweet for me these days. (Reese's cups are good, but there exists a superior dark chocolate variety.)

I wasn't paying attention one time & grabbed the peanut butter lovers version. I don't recommend it.

October 30: Do you enjoy the Horror genre; if so, what's your favorite?

I love horror films! Well, apart from the soulless, nasty, mean-spirited stuff like torture porn or ones that are just gore-fests with no actual storytelling going on. Oh, and the ones that pretend that there's a monster but it ends up being a fella in a costume. I KNOW that people can be horrible, but I've always thought that the best monster is......well.....an actual monster <_<

The trouble with the horror genre is that there's a hella lot of carp out there. Finding the good stuff is always a challenge but I usually end up finding a decent one at least once a month. Just don't ask how much nonsense I have to plough through to get them ::D:

I'm really looking forward to seeing Doctor Sleep this weekend. I really liked the book and I've loved the directors previous work, so I'm hoping it'll be one of the good Steven King adaptations.

Let's face facts, it can't be any worse than the Dark Tower

Crunchies, Flakes, Sherbet Strawberries,  Reisens or anything with toffee in it. Thorntons makes the best toffee ever.
