Just to repeat a frequent question from the kickstarter comments here for better visibility.

What is the status and or plan for EU shipping?

It seems very likely to the way of a no-deal Brexit and the pledge manager closes at December first. So this is quite an important bit of information for EU backers overall.

There was talk at one time about releasing a table identifying the material each item in this KS would be made in.

 

As there is now less than a month until the PM closes and most people will have finalized their orders, such a table is probably redundant.

 

If possible though, I'd still like to know whether the following items are Bones or Bones Black before I lock in my order:

 

- Shavynra the Slayer

- The Spiders of Emrith Kul (all pieces)

- Arakoth the Ancient

- Ildraedis the Devourer

- Shadows of Ravenhome (all pieces)

- Kalanzar the Wicked

- Nathavarr the Ravenous

I know that Ron is showing off Kalanzar and Arakoth the ancient today on bones 5 live update on twitch, if you haven't been watching those.
And like we said before, anything that is a large model and up will most likely be bonsium, and all medium to small models are in bones black. 

 I will confirm this list with Ron when he gets into the office this morning.

These items are a mix between bones black and bonsium, meaning that some of the part for instance on Arakoth the spider, the mandibles are pretty bendy like bonsium and the body is feels more like bones black. So i would suspect that peices that are prone to breaking will be more like bonsium and then thicker pieces with more detail will be bones black like in material. 
There is a range that this plastic can be on and thats why we say something is like this and like that.

I'm sorry if my tone seemed short but time is also running short now that items in the KS are being turned off.

 

I did catch a bit of last week's (I think) Bones V Live Update wherein @Reaper Ron mentioned that the Elemental Scions will be Bones Black, but that actually increased my frustration regarding communication on this issue.

 

Firstly because, if that information is known, then why isn't it being posted somewhere for customers to easily find/see, rather than requiring us to trawl through dozens of hours of Twitch videos to catch a few seconds of information that may or may not be there?

 

And secondly, because that's another instance of a large item conflicting with the repeated assurance that "large items will be Bones and small to medium items will be Bones Black" (assuming you're defining "large", "medium" and "small" by their standard TTRPG 1" grid measurements?). 

 

I'm sure the products will be great either way, but for those of us who like to be fully-informed before making purchases, I hope communication on this issue will be a lot clearer in Bones VI.

I can say that if im here then 100% will be better, I got into this position a month after the kickstarter campaign had closed. As I was in mold making/casting at the time, but I am here now and getting a hold of it and trying to wrangle it and get a clear path. 
Since this is the first time we have a different material other than bonsium, this is an outlier compared to the past 4 Kickstarter bsut none the less, i agree with you 100%

You are doing a great job, and I know you have a LOT on your plate. This is why I still feel you guys need a dedicated PR (DC aka damage control) guy to focus on just PR. Just saying.

We are currently aware of an issue on the Reaper Pledge manager for bones 5 where items are not showing up, We are currently working to resolve the issue don't panic! We believe we know what the problem is, I will update as soon as I know more.

I did not go over to the KS comments and comment because i did not know that was a responsibility of mine, in hindsight I would have been over there answering questions ETC. I thought that was someone else's domain, not trying to shift blame at all, i just did not know that i needed to do that because all the info was in the KS updates.  

The TLDR is that we have to get numbers in because all the manufacturers also make stuff for other people we can't just have stuff sitting around forever, we have to move. And 6 months of saying the pledge manager is going to close and a large amount of people not closed out their orders yet was staggering, But once we turned in numbers its better for us to turn it off so we have a buffer for damaged/problem items for QC and SOD. That is much better than overselling and when it comes time for people to get their stuff and we have to say "Oh sorry we over sold you cant get that item now, here's some credit" is NOT an option that we want to take, so its better to turn it off now to ensure that we have numbers for everyone.
