Are those just colours you associate with Dwarves in your fantasy setting?

Does it represent them coming from the same clan?

Yeah, it's a leftover from my Warhammer days.  The main colors would be blue with white trim (not many of this minis had much trim like that) and red or green cloaks.  The Duergar just got red to make them look different.

This is an impressive amount of work! I only have a handful of these primed, and that is as far as I have gotten. These look great too! I'll be looking to this post for inspiration when I am able to get to these as well.

Exquisite! and those are fantastic sculpts. I need the Cossack and that pirate in my life.

The Barber-ian, the bald Duergar, and that chain-bearded Dwarforged are especially spectacular.
