It's art - a lot of people don't give enough credit for how much work goes into it.
Illithar
Beyond just the artistic side of things there is also the technical. A lot of the bigger Patreons have pre-supported files and those are often not done by the artists themselves, but outside contract work. Artisan Guild, for example, has most of their pre-support work done by Greg from '3DPrintingPro', and Archvillian Games has another team that does it. It's a lot of work, and it's not free. Many also test print their files to make sure they will work properly, that costs time and money as well. Hell, the software they use to this is not free, last I checked it's actually fairly expensive. A lot of time, money, and effort goes into these.
TheAuldGrump
There is also a certain amount of piracy that is taking place between the creators - one posted about finding that a horse they had created somehow ended up as part of somebody else's Patreon. I voted for the Frostmetal Clan for the second time, but it looks like it's going to be a very distant second place. Guess we're getting a catgirl pinup?

Every set they release is great and I'm pretty sure I'll like whatever they put out.
Glitterwolf
Since I have a project thay suits these, I voted for them. But like mentioned above, every thing they released looks good. And one day each will get it's turn, it took 4 months before the Kobolds came and they look great. Rahz
I have never seemed to vote with the majority on these Patreon polls and have yet to really regret whatever I've ended up with...

So far Artisan Guild did exactly what I wanted. Or I just love it all.
Glitterwolf
Anyone familiar with Windos 3D Builder? I downloaded it. Tried to cut an object. Somehow I can load the file. Then cut it Choose to keep both halves. I can see both halves in the sidebar on the right. But somehow I can't figure out how to save these files. I keep saving but never get the halves, only the original file. What am I doing wrong? Can somebody give me a step by step? I found a manual on the internet, but it doesn't cover this.

Oh absolutely, AG has yet to disappoint. I don't remember what I voted for when the Kobolds were up, but I like the look of what we are getting.
