It's dangerous to browse sites like that...

One could end up buying stuff....

What's another file for a few bucks, right? Or two...or ten...

I have an ever growing 'Saved for Later' list on MMF of things I have been looking at acquiring...

Also, Lord of the Print is running another sale this month. They seem to do rotating 50% off sales on MMF. There are several on this one I may pick up.

Welp, I think I know who the big baddies will be next time I run Eberron! :;,;:

Oooh! Now I want to model sunglasses onto one of the flayers! An albino surface walker.

Just hours later, she resurrected her Eberron, No Grumps thread in General Fantasy....

Suspicions have risen.... ::D:

Okay, unexpected problem - we need a closed cabinet to put the printer in.

It moves and it makes noise.

Thomathy is a mighty hunter....

Khatt, on the other hand, cannot be bothered to pay attention to it.

Here I thought they'd be scared of it....

The Auld Grump

Not just Thomathy.

BD is FASCINATED!

Sigh.....

So I decided to re-print the warrior but this time, I'm gonna print him in separate pieces (body 2 arms & a head). I slice the file, upload it to the flash drive & insert it into the printer. Away we go........ Ummmm build plate is in the Wash N Cure right now..............

On a positive note, Boggles all printed out, so it was the FEP that was preventing me from multiple prints. It did have a smudge right in the center. I didn't think it was that bad but after changing it out, yah it needed to go.

Well now that I've actually used the Wash n Cure to it's fullest I can actually add my opinion of it.

Curing the parts, I just take the build plate off & screwed it to the bracket that goes in the wash bucket. Very easy, simple & hell it freakin cleans the plate so no more of that. After the parts are cleaned, I'll take em out & clip off the supports. The supports just pop off now, I mean the mini is supported by 1 or 2 after the Wash stage. Simple & effective!

After that I install the cure pad & place the mini(s) onto it let it do it thing.

WnC is spendy*, but it does it's job very well.

*Currently Anycubic is either giving this away or selling it at the cheapest it's ever been. I got mine slightly above the 5th anv price. I'm ok with that as I have my machine vs the waiting game for the 5 anv sales.

Awesome!!!
Have fun with it!!!

Don't forget to level the build plate, use the right settings for your resin and bla bla bla....all the things!

Looking forward to see your prints.

I have quite a few of their files, awesome stuff!

They're not the only one, it seems all the bigger ones alternate in sales.

Rocketpig, Lord of the Print, Artisan Guild all of them have been around a few times now.

So when I feel I can't afford it or other things are more important, I just wait for the next round.

Kh'a Larrh the Chaos Dragon is causing chaos...

Chaos_Dragon_Wings.thumb.jpg.d3cc2b1f59982f2794400c9741befec4.jpg

That was what I ended up with when I attempted to print the wings.

The tails didn't work, either.

One of the tails(the one with a flat area where it's supposed to touch the base) separated from half the supports, and the tailtip shifted.

And it happened twice.
