what could reaper do to cause a frenzy and a similar rush like in the last days, during the 2nd week?

the ROc is softer than i'd like, but it at least has a decent coverage of detail. Argent has huge areas of just blank plastic that is going to be a struggle to paint decently

The D&D 3.5 artwork that Argent seems heavily inspired by has very large smooth wings. I think that was intentional in the design. His wings shouldn't be heavily detailed in regards to texture.

They will try to pace things to 3 or so unlocks per day is my guess.
If they need a boost they have many planned expansions so they can just drop one of those as a surprise stretch goal to get people excited and pledging in a lull

Goblin marching band. Everyone would be pledging buckets of money. Or, at least, I would.

Add all the really cool stuff that was seen in various previews some of us are waiting for. I for one am honestly not super keen on yet another Bones core set (after four of them, I kind of don't really need more 'generic personalities'), but I'm very much waiting for some of the presumed add-ons that have been teased to make their appearance in the KS.

What browser are you using?  This is a known issue with Microsoft Edge and IE.  Chrome works with KS fine.

Edit: Sorry, my eye jumped on the different browsers thing.

I was able to get on with Mozilla Firefox without problem yesterday, evidently some systems are having more problems than others.

I've tried with Firefox and Chromium. And the Android app.

I had a lot of difficulty pledging, tried different PCs, tried my phone app.  You might want to try poking at your Kickstarter settings, change your password or payment information, just to see if it's an error with your account that's not getting reported.  Eventually I got through but it was never clear to me why.  Maybe clear caches, cookies, reboot, etc.

Tried to clear cache and cookies. Updated web browser. Tried with and without a VPN connection. Removed re-added credit card. Nothing seems to work at the moment :/

I fought with this all day yesterday.  On a Windows 7 (yea I know) laptop at work, I could not get a pledge to go through using Firefox ESR 60.9, Chrome, or an old IE 11 browser to work.  I should have been in Wave 1, but after a couple hours of this, finally just gave up.  I started to wonder if it was my credit card that was the issue but the only Kickstarter message I got was a red box saying try again.  At no point did I ever get a pledge confirmation email or get to the kickstarter webpage stating that you have successfully made a pledge.

What finally worked for me was updating chrome to the latest version, and removing any externsions (including ublock origin) and then using a different credit card.  That finally resulted in the pledge going through and getting the Kickstarter page confirming you have pledged (and the email also).  I was so fustrated with the whole deal I just pledged the $1.00 for Wave 9.

Interestingly, when I got home I checked my bank/credit card account and it had 14 pending $0.00 charges on my credit card from Kickstarter.  Thankfully today, those were all removed.  I like Reaper but really didnt want to pledge for 14 core sets :)

I'm feeling kind of miffed with the whole situation. Feels like I've tried it all. Hopefully Kickstarter support will find something.

they could be better than they are right now though. Doens't have to be super heavy texture, but look at something like Narthrax, there's still a little bit there on the wing membrane

ultimately, he's the most disappointing thing for me from bones 4, and i've decided to never go in for something that is just concept art or a unfinished render

How about actually keeping the Kickstarter page updated so people could see what  was unlocked, coming up, and included with what sets!

I don't remember them ever being so causal about keeping everything current on the main Kickstarter page.

Have you called your bank?  If multiple attempts were made they could have KS blocked maybe?

Yeah, I have 2 Argents. I'm definitely a bit disappointed. Not so much in the size but definitely missing a lot of detail. Haven't painted them. The other dragons in bones 4 were great

I was disappointed, BUT because he was TOO big:) Was gonna do a bookend set!

don't forget hsi detail. He has very soft details, and over all looks unfinished to me.

I regret pledging for him, because in his current state, i have no desire to paint him. he's still in his box, while most of my bones 4 minis i bought are now painted. I just have no enthusiasm for painting him. I don't mind his size decrease as much as i lament the fact he is very poorly detailed compared to other big minis that Reaper has done

his wings in particular are just huge swaths of un-textured plastic with the occasional vein here and there stuck on

I agree.

Argent was the mini I was most leery of pledging for from Bones 4 because of what I perceived of the poor quality of what we were shown which were largely the issues you listed.

But I pledged for it anyway because I hoped those issues would be addressed.
As the final product shows, they weren’t.

Ironically, I felt they might not be.

The size difference is the least of Argents problems as far as I’m concerned.

I'm glancing at it every couple of hours and so far haven't seen a picture of anything that wasn't already unlocked. Kind of hard to be excited about upcoming stuff when I can't see pics ahead of time.

Archon Studio (LOAD, Vanguard of War, Chronicle X) are branching into modular terrain. The project is now Live:

Apparently it is "full plastic injection" so not the same as their minis. The concept seems interesting, but the preview page is far from finished, so it's hard to get a good grasp on prices (one "Starter Pledge" for $49 is all they currently have listed, along with a $20 add on). The whole magnetized modular wall system looks like it could have potential.

      About
Digital render of the finished sculpts. In the last six or so years I have played a lot of tabletop games, ranging from Warhammer and Dungeons & Dragons to smaller games like Frostgrave and Relicblade. I have fallen in love with the hobby of painting miniatures and everything surrounding it. A year ago I made plans to give something back and to add something to this hobby community I love so dearly.
My background in digital game art helped me a lot since I was already familiar with the software to sculpt digitally. So I started working on a few miniatures I would like to produce. Most of them were abandoned in favor of better ideas, but eventually I created this set of three goblins. These goblins are each embodiments of the archetypes found in many of the games I love: the wizard, the fighter and the thief/ranger.
I spent the last year figuring out how to cast resin to the standards I saw in the products I enjoy and how to make sure digitally sculpted details translated well to the tabletop scale.
These three figures are the end result of that progress, but hopefully the start of a lot more.
I made this Kickstarter to cover the costs of the materials used and shipping, but mostly so I can bring these little goblins to your tabletop :)
All miniatures will be multiple parts cast in resin and supplied unpainted, with a 25mm gaming base.
      The final resin casts.

They drag their feet one in front the other, deliberately, slowly. They  crawl out of their resting grounds. Out of the tombs to the fresh air,  slowly, unrestained.
Scylla Models is back presenting you a new range of Villains and Undead monsters for your collection. The models we present you are master casts  white metal (primed white for better result in the pictures), with the only exception of Zuula. She on her Night Terror is our first large monster and we decided to go resin. The results are quite impressive as you might see in the picture.
