I just want a slew of nearly indestructible trees

speaking from their last kickstarter, those trees are pretty indestructible.  However, running over them with a truck will separate the branches from the canopy sections.  (don't ask but I have empirical evidence...)  other than that though they are well built!

Just very pricy

So now you have removable foliage.  Score!  :)  Did you try to reattach?

Yes, and thankfully my chosen pledge isn’t too much! And these trees will last beyond my lifetime as something I can pass down.

Damn that is a lot for those escarpment sets

My pledge is $250 and is probably gonna stay there. It’s enough to get me the trees I want as well as some scatter and I don’t have to have the rest of it.

I think I need to see how the 2 waterfall options fit together. My head is hurting trying to picture actually using them.

I also want an idea about those escarpments. Some of them look like subtle variations on pieces from the last caverns. That would be useful for me deciding to purchase. I wouldn't mind a few more. In the end it will be way cheaper for me to get foam and make stuff

Well the day 17 update has a video of the waterfall sets that basically answered my questions. UGH makes me want to buy more when I don't think I can justify it.

It shows the deluxe waterfall and regular waterfall, and combination with wildlands pieces and with caverns pieces.
I MIGHT get a swamp terrain tray. I MIGHT get stilts (though because I just have a bunch of sheets, adding levels with risers under the sheets isn't hard). I might get water terrain tray, because I only have like a 2x6 or two from the past kickstarter. Reason for getting the deluxe set would be the spillout piece mostly.
The escarpments are HUGE. It looks like 2x8x2? and then a 2x4x2 piece on the end. I wouldln't have room for those I think in my storage. I would have to look. Getting some swamp banks might be cool. Dunno about anything anymore. That seems like way too big a pledge and like 3-400$ and I cannot do that.
If I get one thing, I get the simple waterfall, because I can use it with my caverns and mines.

This KS has inspired me to begin inventorying my collection. I figured there would be a handy spreadsheet out there for this, but I was wrong. I have now finished KS1&2 for the sheet and for my inventory. I also have started to work through the sheet for KS3. So much stuff...

Here is a sample of what I have put together so far:
