Wow, we have been traveling the last two days so I missed the end to this. It was a wild ride, 50+ pages to read. Congrats to @buglips*the*goblin, gonna have to get one of those! Also, need to figure out a way  to put a pointy hat on the rakshasa. I could have skipped the zombies in Chrono, but much better than last time. My heroclix players will freak when I use Godzilla in a game. And if all else fails, we can use one of the Succubi as Sophie...

I can assure you I am all trick, no treat.

I dunno, Gwuindyloo might have something else to say about that.  Which reminds me...  Where's the posessive xenomorph mini to keep everyone away from you? :P

i missed the tail end of the run.   A little disappointed in that.  My phone wasn't getting a good signal where I was.  I rest assured though that the PM will take my money when they spin it up.

  • Extra Kid Heroes (I think they'll make great NPCs).

I'm in for the long budget instead of the short one, so my initial pledge will be for the Core Set, but I'll likely, besides everything else I'll pledge for, get an extra set of the Kid Heroes. It hit me about an hour ago that I could use them as halflings!! Though I think I'll have to have my wife resculpt the footwear as fuzzy topped feet!

And there's even a small dragon as part of the set too!

Yeah, the kids' pets/animal companions/familiars are almost worth the price of admission by themselves:  the dragon, bear, goat, dogs/wolves, etc. are great stuff!

Sorry they didn't get the miniatures you've been asking for - better luck next time!

Edit:  Oh, the cockatrice set is great stuff - thank you for the close-ups!  I especially like the halfling - nice touch!    He really looks like he's got a story behind him, I can almost picture the quest to find the missing halfling now....

I thought you guys might like a closer shot of the Cockatrice mini encounter that I worked on! I'm glad I got new pictures in on time. I had a lot of fun doing these guys! The Cockatrices were based on some excellent Izzy artwork, the nest was Ron's suggestion, and I thought it would be fun to include a little egg thief!

It amuses me to think that the Halfling left behind the other treasures because, to him, the giant egg for second breakfast WAS the treasure! I didn't sculpt him specifically as a "statue" because I thought I would leave it to the painter to decide if he made his escape or not...

I hope you all enjoy them!

The cockatrices (cockatrex?) are adorable!  They are one of the items that make me want that expansion.... in a few months when we can add more to our pledge.

I love it. The whole add on is really nice, I'm likely to get two.

Do you know whether the bar will be molded in a way to make the mermaid removable? She looks great, and I actually have an in-game location for which she is perfect, but the option to make the bar more generic would also be nice.

That’s how I’m sculpting her (though some of the ropes will be a part of her), but it is not possible to know how China will choose to recut the model, so no guarantees.

Is it possible to have 2 fit roughly I to a rectangular gle or are there any weird edges on the unseen side?

Yes, that should work. The timbers on the far end of the long bar are a bit rough, but they don’t extend much past the post.

@GHarris:  Love the cockatrice set. Nice pixel pushing there!

      Story
Echoes of Camelot: Arthurian Legends is a project that will expand our 75mm resin miniature range with new and exciting models based on the Matter of Britan, particularly around the figure of King Arthur and his Knights. We have many cool surprises prepared should you help us bring this dream to life.
These miniatures have been sculpted and painted here at the Big Child Creatives studio with the collaboration of some of the most talented miniature artists out there. And what is more, they will be manufactured by our own talented team of resin casting experts. This allows us to monitor the process closely to ensure the best quality in the market and a timely delivery.
We have learned a lot from our previous campaigns, and we want to put all this experience to good use, repeating everything we did right, improving upon it, and correcting our past mistakes. We invite you to join us in this journey of discovery throughout the Matter of Britain and its amazing cast of unique characters.
This campaign is a journey of discovery, full of surprises such as custom bits to make your miniatures even more striking than they already are. Some of these kits will be Kickstarter exclusive, so those of you who choose to support us will be able to proudly show it through unique miniatures, even more full of life and character than our regular releases.

Microworld Games (which I run) has their first Kickstarter ever live:

All stretch goals have been met, with a bit less than 2 weeks to go.  I know 6mm fantasy is a bit of a niche within a niche, but thought I would post for anyone interested in element-based mass battle wargaming.  I'm hoping the KS platform enables me to push out more interesting projects a bit quicker.
