Glad to see there's more busts.

. Even if I have no interest in those three at all.  Here's hoping for a few male ones unlocking later on down the road ^_^

Uh, unless I'm missing something, the one on the left is male.  Elf Ranger?

Looking again, that's one androgenous looking ranger.  Facial features looked rather female to me on initial glance.

Still no real interest in that one though, but I'm definitely glad to see busts be brought out, hopefully in Bones Black.

They all look like Elves to me, the one of the left appears as a male to me.

I'm glad to see more busts, but these are not for me, I'm not into Elves.

The Maiden Bust was first seen in the wild at ReaperCon 2018 in resin. It's nice. I think I have at least one. Haven't done a search yet, but I believe that @Guindyloo has done one of these.

Because a few backers (like myself) decided to toss the finger to the pledgetrolls.

But was crossed? Then it counts...just be careful, you may get something awful smeared in a gaming/painting finger!

I admit to have been hoping for more dragon busts =P but this will appeal to people who are not me I suspect

So a bust with a dragon doesn't count? lol

While they appeal to me, I would like to see some general Monster busts.  Reaper has some awesome and characterful monsters that it would be cool to see in this scale.

I really like the Maiden.  Seems odd they are not all the same scale though.

As @TripleH mentioned, she's a previous resin release that's being re-released  I actually appreciate that they're indicating a variety of scales.  1:10 busts are a little on the huge size for busts.

not that I don't have an appreciation for busts of all sizes.

It's funny cause there's folks in the KS comments wanting BIGGER ones.  FWIW 1/10 is a pretty standard scale for busts these days.  Scale 75 went with 1/12 for theirs but folk like Nuts Planet, Mirico, etc. are generally 1/10 scale.  Bombshell went BIG with the Wanda Whitestar bust at 1/5 scale and his Morihilda is 1/8.

True, but even he will tell you that he wanted to make a splash and make them ginormous.

I'm also baffled by people wanting them bigger.

I know it can be hard to tell, but pretty sure the Elf is male. In the absence of a Glorious Dwarven Beard, Cute Halfling Sideburns, or a Orcish Fu Manchu, It can be tricky, I understand. :D

This is about as macho as it gets for elves, and to me, the androgyny is still somewhat there. Kind of a Samurai aesthetic, really, which I suppose is appropriate for "the most ancient and civilized of peoples".

I paint busts, and I have a feeling that most people don't realise how big a 1/10 or 1/12 scale actually is.

2 feet = 24 inches, so at 1/10 it would be 2.4 inches, correct?

I agree - 2.5-3" sounds small on paper, but once you get it in front of you... Not that I've purchased any busts yet, but still.  I have several minis that seemed smaller in the pics and when assembled the question is where to put it on your desk...

It's like guys new to rc cars, wondering why there's such a large price gap between 1/12 and 1/10 scale.. (or even 1/8)

With 10 days left, my hope for a nice Chronoscope Expansion is fading and I don't believe it is going to happen.

It might not, but its too early to give up hope!

Here's a kickstarter that I thought looked particularly cool - they're flat-based tiles with magnets that can be reconfigured anyway you want. The video in particular looks pretty cool. Already completely funded. Prices are a bit high and ultimately the system's not for me, but I thought perhaps some others might be interested. :)

      Story
      The Death Knight Rises
To me there's only one true fallen paladin who, deceived by the darkest forces, broke his oath and became a paragon of hatred and terror. But, I am into classic TTRPGs, so I wanted to rethink the concept. Boris Woloszyn, amazing sculptor that he is, took over and has transformed this idea into a remarkable sets of miniatures.
        The Miniatures
There are only two. The Minion is 32mm scale and the Fallen Paladin measures 40mm to the top of his head. They will get cast in the crispest of resins. They come unassembled and without bases.
The Paladin - doing a gentle spin
       PLAY The Minions
      The Pledge Levels
There are two. Ones comes with only the Death Knight, the other comes with the Death Knight and two minions.
The price for only the Death Knight is 15CA$, the set with 1 Death Knight and 2 minions is 35CA$ (less than 30US$).
Backerkit will charge max. 14CA$ for postage on top of that.
        Stretch Goals
We have one and I will unlock it if we reach 10K.
        Add-On's
We will open a backer kit pledge manager for those that want some extra minis, and we make sure to drop all the suitable Boris stuff in there too.

I want to give you a little preview what to expect in terms of add-on's.

There will be this well known lot sculpted by Boris. 10C$ each. (In case you want to top up to find out what 10K will bring)
And there will be some 3D printed things (20 Microns, they paint like casts).

      1. This lad and his little buddy, because dwarves and gobbos. 8CA$
      2. 3 Halflings on a rampage. 2 female 1 male, because. Also - kettle jump pack. The pacK of 3 plus 2 steam bases will be 20 C$
I still have more to throw into the mix, but I need to re-watch that episode now.

      Thanks again!

I'm about to get a new kickstarter running. I like this one a lot. Really easy to paint and make it look good. You'll need a 3d printer which are coming down severely in price lately for good quality ones.
This particular set of ruins has an arch theme to it. Images show all unique pieces except for the bridges which have duplicates.
And the prelaunch link. Due to start Tuesday 8th December https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1173449368/ruins-of-generica
