So, does anyone know, do we need to use all the money we pledged to lock in our first order in the pledge manager? Lately I have not felt excited about anything (not Reaper or kickstarter's fault, it's just me), and who knows if i'll even be here in 2021. Maybe I'll feel better, maybe not. Anyhow, if anyone know, it would be appreciated. Thanks everyone.

Nope , For Bones 4 I locked in my must haves day 1 but have $80 left over which I spent most of about a year later as I saw an expansion come together on production updates. The last chuck (and more) was spent on the last day the PM was open

Hello. I may be way off base, but if that was a cry for help, I am a good listener. I have known depression, and... I dont want this to sound corny. So if i read that wrong I am sorry.

Added Player Characters, Elves, Kid Heroes and Featured Creatures sets to my pledge, even though I only want about 50% of the minis from most of the sets, they're priced low enough that I still feel like I'm getting a bargain.

This had the knock on effect of making me realise the Dungeon Dwellers Exp. is still pretty good value even though I only want about half of that too, so I added that on also.

Well played Reaper, well played.

Monsters are the only grouping I’m dead set on although I’ll probably try to trade the brain in the well.  Kobolds are a screaming deal at that price. Boulderkin and Living Death are strong contenders as well.

I'm very happy that Reaper has done the Bones busts, and I hope that they do well. I'm one of the people who would like to get a bust to try something new, but don't want to spend a fortune on it, so Busts with Bones pricing would be great.

I'm getting them, I just wish that there had been more diversity. Currently, the three busts on offer are all 'pretty': elf ranger, dragon princess, and maiden. A surly dwarf, Conan-esque barbarian, or evil warlord type bust would have been nice.

Like I said, I'm still going to get them, just wish-listing a little bit.

Maybe they've still got 1 or 2 more waiting in the wings somewhere....Sophie?

I have Argent. Out of the box: The wings are curved; About half furled.

The plastic is the harder, stiffer grade and they are dense heavy and sturdy. Did I get an oddball Argent or something?

These wings arent gonna bend easily.

If you own a large stew pot, you could place them in boiling water (perhaps with a frame rigged from coat hanger wire to prevent them from touching the bottom) and gently heat them to malleability, but you probably already know this. Or is there a different problem that you are anticipating?

Just thinking while I sculpt this morning - I'm tempted to make an awesome Dreadmere battlefield with my collection of bones. Baba Yaga's hut, with a road to the troll bridge, crossing the the DDS ruins with scenics upgrades and the stone ritual circle,  and the tree of despair looming. use the boats along the river (the Dreadmere dingy and the new small boat). maybe another lower area with crypt stuff - it is enough for a complete & grim environment...

Seems like a great opportunity for the display level game board I've been wanting to complete.

That ghoul crypt terrain look downright amazing. No chance I'll pass that up. I'm definitely coming around on the Bones terrain.

Throw in the graveyard set from Bones 3. You could get the spider encounter too. If you do this, can I come to your house to play? ::D:

More a cry of frustration, actually:( I do appreciate the concern, I surely do. Just been one of those weeks, and just not feeling excited this week in general. Maybe when this calm down, I'll be better.

I was late to Reaper Live, but someone in the KS comments said the next reveal will be a 4-piece Core addition.

And said it was sculpted by Bobby Jackson

These mini's will be given away if you go to the KS closing party.  Metal, one random in a goodie bag (the Pizza dragon will also be an option in the random).

      Story
It was the Baron himself who nailed up the poster in Midlam the town square.
WANTED:  LADY WILDWOOD and sundry associated gang members - For Murder, extortion, petty theft and highway robbery.  REWARD - 10 Gold Coins for Lady Wildwood and 1 Gold Coin per gang member.
Speculation and rumour was rife!  Who were these new Bandits that were plaguing Midlam?  Who was the mysterious and dangerous Lady Wildwood? It seemed that the town had been under siege, first from Captain Grief's Gang and then the Hobgoblin Rainding Party, and now this gang of merciless women!
Bounty hunters muttered in dark corners of Inns, looking for information and squads of Town Guard regularly marched out into the surrounding countryside in their pursuit.
But still the robberies and raids continued...
      Waylaid by Bandits Volume Two
A gang of eleven 28mm scale bandits, thugs and ruffians, lead by the Notorious Lady Wildwood, for all of your fantasy miniature games.
      Waylaid by Bandits Volume One
You can also, should you wish, include our first bandit gang with your pledge.  Captain Grief's Gang is a series of of eleven 28mm scale bandits, thugs and ruffians, including the original stretch goal 'George the Grind'.  You could then mix and match your bandits or have them as deadly rivals!
      Waylaid by Bandits Volume One

It's only an 11 day  project, so hury up and back.

Tomb Guardians over the past year has been asked to release our miniatures in a resin/plastic material because a lot of you do not like metal.  So for nearly a year we have discussed and researched the best way to produce a high quality, high detail miniature that is far above the current standard on the market.  We are happy to announce that we have found a method and decided to release all our 28mm monsters in a High Resolution Resin.  These miniatures will come with a 1 year guarantee, if you break one we will replace it for FREE!  Just mail it back to us.   Bobby Jackson, Jason Weibe, Gene Van Horne and Patrick Keith help create these amazing creatures.  We hope you enjoy our Monsters and want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
