Reaper Bones 5: Enthusiasm and Commentary thread

Recommended Posts

I've been suggesting the possibility that those succubi/devil-girls might be part of the Greek Odyssey set myself, but who knows?  Only Reaper can say for sure, and Reaper are as silent and mysterious on the subject as ever before they're ready to reveal the stretch goal!  I'm not quite sure where else these ladies would fit, unless they're included in the core set - one could speculate on an encounter for them, but that would be even more speculative than supposing they might be part of the Greek Expansion....  Whatever the case, I'm a fan of that set, myself :)

I would still rather them mess up now.  Then mess up later on the ship.

Sure, but this was avoidable...

That's not exactly what I was hoping for in Chronoscope.

Yeah... not sure what to make of this... Was there a big call for Santa?

If they stumble into the mistakes now, how will they avoid other basic communication issues later?

I'm reminded of Baba Yaga's hut. With the "removable roof" and the "interior" and the "legs not glued on" and blaming it on a communications issue with the factory :/

The guy to the left of Santa is also chronoscope, if I heard him correctly.  Looks kind of like a rocky guy with a hammer and crossbow.

They are stepping back from the "Ship details on Monday" statement... Might not be until tomorrow or Wednesday.

See, this is the main downside of daily info streams.

Don't promise content unless you KNOW you can deliver! People take you seriously no matter how often you claim "lol not professionals tee hee". It makes people more likely to dismiss you in the future when you ARE trying to be serious!

Very un-professional to not have the promised info today. Extremely aggravating, having a very hard time at not making some snarky comments

Maybe one of the 3D printers pitched a control rod / went on strike / got its polarity reversed.

And details weren't available or didn’t scale right.

Maybe....do we know the details of why the announcement was delayed?

They haven't been able to finalize the numbers, and don't want to give info that ends up being wrong.

Those Succubi are sick.  I'll be all over those.  Small chance those are Furies, and will be in Greek Odyssey 3, but unlikely.

I hope they're an add on, I don't like the Greek Set.

If they're in there I will have to wait for retail.

They don't look like anything Greek to me.

And frankly, they ARE the professionals. They should know better by now. If they didn't specifically know, a note of "info on the ship as soon as we can, probably in the next few days" is better than "on Monday".

I imagine a lot of the slow pledging right now is due to people waiting to hear about the ship price, then drop more in. Without that, they'll need to do something to compensate.

Right now I think it is bad planning, at least reveal the price!

They are going to show Chronoscope mini's later in this twitch.  I think he just said these two are some of them?  Santa Claus is one.

Sorry, Santa Claus?

That's way too specific to be really useful to most gamers/collectors.

I do hope the artic set won't be a Santa's North Pole Base set or something like that.

      Story
It was the Baron himself who nailed up the poster in Midlam the town square.
WANTED:  LADY WILDWOOD and sundry associated gang members - For Murder, extortion, petty theft and highway robbery.  REWARD - 10 Gold Coins for Lady Wildwood and 1 Gold Coin per gang member.
Speculation and rumour was rife!  Who were these new Bandits that were plaguing Midlam?  Who was the mysterious and dangerous Lady Wildwood? It seemed that the town had been under siege, first from Captain Grief's Gang and then the Hobgoblin Rainding Party, and now this gang of merciless women!
Bounty hunters muttered in dark corners of Inns, looking for information and squads of Town Guard regularly marched out into the surrounding countryside in their pursuit.
But still the robberies and raids continued...
      Waylaid by Bandits Volume Two
A gang of eleven 28mm scale bandits, thugs and ruffians, lead by the Notorious Lady Wildwood, for all of your fantasy miniature games.
      Waylaid by Bandits Volume One
You can also, should you wish, include our first bandit gang with your pledge.  Captain Grief's Gang is a series of of eleven 28mm scale bandits, thugs and ruffians, including the original stretch goal 'George the Grind'.  You could then mix and match your bandits or have them as deadly rivals!

It's only an 11 day  project, so hury up and back.

Tomb Guardians over the past year has been asked to release our miniatures in a resin/plastic material because a lot of you do not like metal.  So for nearly a year we have discussed and researched the best way to produce a high quality, high detail miniature that is far above the current standard on the market.  We are happy to announce that we have found a method and decided to release all our 28mm monsters in a High Resolution Resin.  These miniatures will come with a 1 year guarantee, if you break one we will replace it for FREE!  Just mail it back to us.   Bobby Jackson, Jason Weibe, Gene Van Horne and Patrick Keith help create these amazing creatures.  We hope you enjoy our Monsters and want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
