You're making the same mistake a few people in the KS comments made yesterday. They never said "Arctic," they only said "snow."

To quote Ron's response to those Arctic assumptions...

"Arctic? Maybe Asian..."

Himalayan? Blind monks attending to an unspeakable horror high in the mountains?

Yetis and Snow Leopards guard the small path leading to the shrine?

At the feet of the mountain an abandoned A-Ford reveals that some westerners are climbing the mountain to discover it's secrets?

I was going to paper cache some balloons to make an airship.

A small zeppelin model might do the trick.

Or cut up Argent, use his wings and head and tail, make him useful!

Re the name of the ship... I'm getting 2. The ship full of NPCs is just going to be called "The Reaper" and will likely use the Reaper horned skull as a pennant.

I'll let my players name the ship their characters will be on and it will probably end up as something dumb like shipface so they can all say they got shipfaced. In fact I should write that down, along with some other stupid names, and put it in an envelope so if they do use that title I can prove to them their humor is predictable.

For those looking at the size of the ship, I did a rough estimate of overall dimensions based on the renders and the provided scale, and compared those to the Falling Star by WizKids. It is going to be HUGE.

I also did an overlay of a picture of someone holding a WizKid ship versus a Reaper estimate, but it is a WoTC copyrighted picture. Not sure if I can post it here.

Edit: based on feedback, will post it.

Yowzzer... Tis all very well saying it is 37 inches long (in the UK we use a confusing mix of Iperial and Metric at any old time and to one's convenience) but actually see it mocked up with a person really shows that it is big...BIG...BIGGER than big

I once named or parties ship  (a Brig) the A'dun

so then we could sail on the BrigA'dun

and yes we got lost in an alternate universe.

I want to participate in ship naming, but its either something that would be universally popular involving a Reaper name (and thus already suggested a lot at this point) or something personal and really only of interest to the one who suggested it.

But, here we go.

The Second hand lady. -   She has been on the seas a while and under other crews... but she is still strong and full of dignity.

The Second Star, or Second Star on the right-   I like it since the Falling Star, was the first, but ours never has to grow up.

The Raven-  Go Baltimore

The Adventure Path -  Like Royal adventure but more rpg themed

"This Kickstarter marks the release of our two newest books in the Dungeon Craft series "Fallen Kingdom & Jungles of Dread". Both books have nearly 1,000 jungle-themed pieces in them, which allow DMs to build custom interactive maps in a brand new setting. As of this Kickstarter, we will have launched 6 total campaigns, and have brought numerous products to the market. Additionally, we're excited to announce jungle-themed versions of past projects will be brought back for this Kickstarter! This includes the Deck of Stories/ NPC Cards, Dungeon Notes, and new models from our miniature line Counterspell Miniatures. We'll also be unveiling new and exciting products like our jungle DM screen and our Crocodile Jasper D20."

1985 Games have launched their third Dungeon Craft Kickstarter.  The last two have been fantastic and I absolutely love them.  While I enjoy painting minis, I'm not a fan of building terrain or scatter, especially since it tends to block sight or get knocked over and is a pain to store.  These 2D terrain pieces are a great compromise. I haven't seen anyone else talk about Dungeon Craft on the forums, but I definitely advocate!  If you missed their last two KS there's opportunity to get those as well.  And for the first time they're offering some original minis as Add-Ons.

I barely received my last campaign pledge from Midlam that already it has something that caught my interest.

Sisters of the Kraken Cult. The female counterparts of the previous "Onslaught of the Cult of the Kraken Lord" and "Cultists of the Kraken Lord". (I now have some regret of not getting it)

What's also interesting is the optional add-on of fish folk.

Brinewind is going to have some interesting neighbors.
