Not interested in the encounter.  Was expecting another tie in to Greek expansion like storm giant was for part 1.  A monster, or legendary hero, etc. Oh well. Figured something like that would drives sales more.

So.....that was a waste of time.

I mean I enjoyed the show anyway but...nothing special about reaper other than their sponsorship and the LTP kits

One mention at the top of the show and a few plugs that went by way too fast in the comments.

Not even a nod at the end of the show.::(:

Broadcast advertising professionals will tell you that, based on experience including number tracking and ad variations to see what plays and what doesn't, you need at least three impressions during a show for it to persist in the hearer/viewers mind for the desired period of time.

There was a noticeable uptick in new subscribers, hopefully people will be doing some checking now that the show is over.

Twich streams seem like quantum level jumps

CR had what 1300 viewers?  I did not make it to the end, it seemed a dull offering.  I might try a campaign from a begining.

Reaper live had what 360?

the sculpter/painter that reaper transferred everyone to had 50 viewers before we showed up.

I cant even imagine watching a Pewdie Pie stream or that level of nonsense.

I was seeing numbers between thirteen and fifteen thousand viewers.

I never argue with C.S. Forester regarding the RN. Atropos was the tiniest 6th rate in the fleet and Hornblower might not have been a full Captain in that novel? (It’s been awhile since I read that one.) ...was he maybe a Post-Captain?

Don't remember; it's been years decades since I read that book. But:

To be fair, that wasn't actually CR, it was a discussion about what happened in the previous episode. If you haven't seen the episode (much less the series up to that point) I don't doubt it would be very dull. The format assumes viewers have seen the episode and are invested in the characters.

I just had to look up Burt Reynolds and Magazine. :zombie:

What has been seen cannot be unseen.

Wow, your Mum has held onto that magazine for a while, hasn't she? But, to give you the cauld grue... your grandma is more likely the one that bought it. Your Mum was about ten years old when that issue of Cosmo came out....

 You aren't alone; it's still feels kind of weird when I'm painting female bits.

These lovely fellas, though... Well, one of the nice things about being married is I'll have a handsome scale model for reference. Plus an excuse to have him lounge invitingly on a couch nearby while I'm painting...

Huzzah!

And, if you are desperate, there is always Jim Hines!

Update 55 shows Encounter at Mandupar Pass to be the next "reveal," but we already knew that, because it was on the map, and they showed it off on the Twitch Stream.

Here's the actual picture though, rather than a screen shot:

They have not updated the map yet.

I look at that, and I think Barsoom.

We need some girallons.
