It’s the same really low unit pricing as the core set while only having to purchase 1/3 as much stuff.  The core set is already a fantastic deal.  Relatively speaking, this is better.  The brushes alone retail for more than $10, and they have to produce that book too (the content - not just the printing).

I hate to say it, but maybe he is a professional troll and he is being paid to neg  the project. This seems like an increasingly common phenomena - paid influencers and trolls attempting to manipulate the market. A competing entity (another KS perhaps) might benefit from any negative impact he creates.

The white is the leftover. On all 4s, lower to ground but it's head doesn't match the design of 3e etc whites. Closer to Pathfinder I guess.

I love the "screaming at seeing a mouse" description!  (Either that, or he's screaming at Dino People?)

 

I've found three dragons I've not yet been able to match to anything revealed on the Kickstarter main page so far - that first one has got to be ol' Red, that second one might be White, and the third, I have no idea about:

 

 

Could be my dragon-recognition skills failing on those last two, though, and they might have already been revealed in spite of my ability to recognize them :lol:

so the Greek and Dark Depths expansions are both on my  "Maybe" lists. 

I like some of the figures but by no means all from each set.  I have a lot of unpainted giants - but they are so beautiful when they are finished. 

I can't paint as well as Coprorea, but if I painted that cloud giant it would still look really good.  


I guess  I could plan to sell off the things I don't like (like mermaids) - I have done that, but it is hard to balance spending a lot of money now, for a small return in  2 years. 

 

I have regretted purchasing some expansions when I would have been better off just buying 1-3  figures retail.  

I have never regretted buying a core set, or a dragon. 

but I'm still waiting for the FF stuff from bones 4 to show up individually.
