something i drew many many many years ago   seems fitting

I totally agree with you in that those particular exaggerations are not very realistic in function. This was a challenging character/figure to create because I wanted her to read as feminine but als

I think my ideal Chronoscope expansion would be something like...

Part 1:

3 WWII American Infantry (50075)
1 Sgt. Mack Torrey (50120)
3 WWII German Soldiers (living versions of 50020)
1 Nazi officer (living version of 50116)
1 Ruined stone wall (new sculpt, large)

Part 2:

3 WWII American Infantry (new sculpts)
1 Machine gun on tripod (new sculpt, small)
1 Mortar (new sculpt, small)
2 German heavy weapons operators (new sculpt)
1 Nazi officer (living version of 50221)
2 Low sandbag walls (new sculpts)

Part 3:

3 French Resistance Fighters (new sculpts)
3 WWII German Sentries (new sculpts)
1 Gestapo agent (new sculpt)
1 German sniper (new sculpt)
1 Minefield sign (new sculpt, small)
1 Bomb crater (new sculpt, large)

Total: 29 figures

Plus why not a few thematic add-ons?

- Concrete pillbox with removable top ($14)
- German Panzer IV + separate turret ($12)
- American M4 Sherman tank + separate turret ($12)
- German staff car, driver, guard, and Nazi official ($14)
- Ruined French chateau set + 3 bystanders/villagers ($18)

I seem to remember Reaper mentioning a few times that they aren't a historical miniatures company and have no plans to be a historical miniatures company. I don't think we are going to see this as a Chronoscope expansion.

The captured warrior mini has infinity uses

Oh, for sure! That's one of my favourite minis they've put into this kickstarter, I love unique ones like that. I was more just thinking that the pit terrain piece, for example, is probably only good as a pit or maybe a pool, and there are only so many places or ways I can make them be a centre piece of an encounter before its just forcing players to replay the same thing over and over. It's great for what it is, but it isn't something like the troll bridge, which you could slap into a hundred encounters or even the alcove from the spider one that can be a throne or a ritual site or set dressing or whatever. Admittedly, I don't use a lot of terrain in general, so maybe that's just me, this one just seems a little more... "you are definitely running an ambush by ghouls, a ritual interrupt or a cursed pool in a cave/glade/ruin if you're using most of the pieces from this encounter". Which isn't bad, just something I noticed.

Agreed. I think if I get it I might de-ritual it a little so that the stones can jsut be generic stones for whenever, and with the pit having a removal middle I would clean up the outside so it can easily be more mundane.

I'm happy to see they've launched a 2nd KS, as I missed out on the first one.
Here's the blurb from the Kickstarter, which is live and already funded here: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/292543184/wallhalla-2/description

Hey, everyone! We're Ill Gotten Games, and we're back for another round of Wallhalla, the modular, 3d printable miniature display shelves!
We're kicking this new series off with a Dangerous Dungeon theme that comes in two available styles:

Classic: (left) the original format found in Series 1, optimized for miniature display. Classic shelf units also include versions with recesses for standard round bases (20mm, 25mm, 32mm, 40mm, 50mm, 60mm, and 70mm).
Wall Sprawl: a new, terrain-style take that lets you build vertical dungeons and play on your wall space! (It works great as a display as well, especially if you want even more of a diorama look.)
Both of these sets are 100% compatible with one another and with any of the sets from Series 1. This campaign is for digital STL files, not finished, physical products, and you'll need access to a 3d printer to make them. All of our Wallhalla designs:
print 100% support free and are optimized for FDM machines!
assemble with durable, built-in slide-fit connectors, and don't require glue!
can be configured (and reconfigured) into whatever build suits your fancy!
      are easy to paint!

A new Kickstarter that may otherwise go under your radar.

      Very entertaining 70’s/80’s nostalgia aesthetics.

I barely received my last campaign pledge from Midlam that already it has something that caught my interest.

Sisters of the Kraken Cult. The female counterparts of the previous "Onslaught of the Cult of the Kraken Lord" and "Cultists of the Kraken Lord". (I now have some regret of not getting it)

What's also interesting is the optional add-on of fish folk.

Brinewind is going to have some interesting neighbors.

      RPG Sidequest Decks

Ending soon. Card decks, each with a side quest. Pretty straightforward.

Been watching the previews for this on Bold's Instagram,  Some crazy cute models, this time sculpted by  Ismael Nieto.  I'm particularly fond of Bisa and Tori, the winners of the dino race, and the BatPacker is too cute.  Resin cast and STL like their last several releases.  I've picked up their STLs before and been very happy, Planning to try to swing for at least one in resin this time, though shipping from Sweden hurts.
