I thought It was supposed to arrive when we were 48h from the end, but I didn't receive anything...

Seems so, KS comm is throwing a party about it, just hope it sticks, last half hour the numbers are just making no sense, coulpe dudes drop dead, we get like 3k up... Like they're merging...

I have to go all in for the Dark Depths expansion. All of those miniatures just blow me away - and the Sea Giant will be the first thing I tackle when I get my brushes wet with new Bones 5 minis. I have a lot of time to practice my brush skills.

All those for fixed behind the scenes in bones 1 or 2. Of you order them from the site now you’ll get the fixed figures, but they never took new pictures for them, so they look like the gimped versions.

I wish we had better pictures of the ghoul encounter. Seems really grainy compared to the others pics we've been seeing.

 

Added another $12 for the sirens, though!

The Chronoscope and Charnel Pit look like garbage. Just MHO. Waiting for more good fantasy unlocks. Not a fan of the encounters so far except the first dwarven one.

Most of what we are seeing are not pictures of actual prototypes, but computer renders.

The only way they can do that with sci-fi is either brand new sculpts or redoing ones that are already done in Bones. 

If it's brand new sculpts, I will probably be ecstatic. 

If it's redoing previous sculpts, it will either be several models I don't want/need because they're one offs OR it will be things I already have a ton of.

Oh, I know that, but the ghoul encounter looks like it was sculpted out of green stuff and not on a computer, but then photographed in grayscale to match the other pictures. I think pictures of the greens would look better.

Since the sculptors are Julie and Bob,you would be right. They don't do digital sculpting

Update 4:

It's 9:27pm, we're at $183K for the day, and just hit 17,745 backers!

Pledge volume is still holding at about $10K/hour.  It spiked up earlier in the evening to unlock the nereids a bit earlier than I thought, but has slowed a bit since.  I said I thought we'd hit 2.95M by midnight, but that looks like a stretch now.  If pledging holds at this rate on average, we'll end up closer to 2.85M.  We should still see more than $500K tomorrow.

 

Here are stats for all the Bones KSs:

Bones V isn't really comparable though because it's only up until tonight - the night before the last day.  It looks like the pledged amount per backer is the lowest of any of the KS by a lot.

 

But what did the earlier KS look like on the last night?  Like this:

For each KS, pledge per backer increased significantly on the last day.  Bones (1) was different, but the others all increased by $18-$30 per backer on the last day.

 

Right now Bones V has more backers than any of those and there's tons of cool stuff that people will want.  That's why you see a huge jump in pledging on the last day.

 

Bottom line, I think it's almost certain that B5 will beat Bones I, III, and IV.  The question is whether it will pass Bones.  Bones had near the lowest pledge per backer, so I think it will.  V will have a lot more backers, and there's a lot of cool stuff to make people want to pledge more.

 

Oh, and I think we'll probably only get 1 more ding tonight, maybe - right around midnight or a bit later.  We might get another overnight, and then there should be a bunch tomorrow.
