I have really been on the fence with if I want to add more or not on this kickstarter. Still a little disappointed with some of the drooping models from the last one.  But I know I will have regrets...

So fare I have

* Pirate Ship

* Shadows of Ravenhome

* Demonic Temptation

* Hench Women

* Extra Halloween

* Charnal Pit of the Ghoul Queen (just added today)

Still have these on my wish list (i guess it should be my maybe list)

* Dark Depths expansion

* Brinewind Expansion

* Kid Heroes

* Shavynra the Slayer

* Brinewind extras

So $155.00 + $4.63 shipping

I decided no on the Sirens because they are translucent...

I know alot of this KS will be in Bones Black. I'm trying to get a List of what will be bones black and other materials. I know people are asking about what things will be made of. :) I'm trying to get the go ahead and make sure things are final first.

Wait, seriously? Why would they do that, and why wasn't such info in a Kickstarter post/update?

I believe it was in an update. Will go look to see if i can find it.

I was in doubt about them, decided not to, so if they're translucent, I'm happy with my decision.

Bones update #66 -

Well then, guess that takes them off of my list.  Pity, they're great looking sculpts, and one of the few female sculpts that made it onto my short list (I don't really enjoy painting minis of women), but I'm not a fan of translucent casts.

Glad to see the info is finally mentioned in the pledge manager, since this info was not there originally.

Yeah, ok. Glad I didnt mis-remember. :) In the pledge manager it also states it in the description.

This Bones 5 Option Reward features five sirens on a sculpted water-texture base that will be injected in a translucent blue color. Limit 10 Song of the Sirens Options per pledge. Sculpted by Christine Van Patten.

Why not?

Most of us (I think) prime before we get to painting anyway, so it's just a matter of how carefully you prime.

It seems like every update is later than the last. I come into update day excited. It ends up just being frustrating lately. It seems to me that they've lost sight of the core of communicating with us in the pursuit of various vanity projects in other media.

and...

As soon as I posted they uploaded the update. Two identical pictures, but at least it's of cool figures. Brinewind looks supercool, but it always did. The catfolk on the right seems to have on very uncomfortable boots, after looking at her companion's feet. They both have really sweet hats, though.

I'm glad the Sirens will be translucent (and they always were denoted that way).  I plan to paint them up as Nerieds, keeping them mostly translucent so they look as though they are made from water.

I actually ordered two of this set, as I'll paint the second up as opaque humanoids to serve as sirens.

I know there's someone in the last kickstarter who got two copies of the Stygian Barge, so he would get two copies of the translucent "souls."  He painted one set up as spirits, remaining largely transparent, and the other set he painted up as regular humans, representing the same souls before death.  The paint jobs were quite well done, and you couldn't tell the models were themselves translucent plastic.

ummm...Oh nevermind, that poor horse is all black and blue...nothing to see here:)

As for the sirens, I personally think it is awesome they are translucent (I may need two now). Hmm, were can I get the maximum coverage on a tea light:) And if you want a regular mini, just use badger stynlrez with your NEW Reaping Badger airbrush.

      Yikes, the resolution did not hold. I tried. Just click the link lol.

      Thinking about doing this one; while I found Vance kinda torturous to read, the world is fantastically fun. And I think it'd work really well with the good things I've heard about DCC, so I could give that a try in general.

      Hi everyone, I wanted to share that we have just launched the third Dunkeldorf Kickstarter! Our last Kickstarter was focusing on "The Prancing Peacock" more or less a full tavern setting.

      Our new Kickstarter still focuses on the town of Dunkeldorf, but this time it's all about a Brewer "Sven Wentzel" who's also the leader of a ruthless gang of thugs. There's also more focus on the mutants that dwell in the sewers beneath the town. Finally, the third "Faction" for this campaign is Witch Hunters and their Hired Swords who are en route towards Dunkeldorf to root out the mutants they've heard continued rumours about.

      The Kickstarter can be found here: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/kinggames/the-kingpin-of-dunkeldorf - With our last 2 campaigns we unlocked a lot of Stretch Goals and included a bunch of extra free miniatures, accessories and pets and we hope to achieve the same this time! 🙂

      One of my fellow party members is publishing their first adventure path on KS!

      "Lament of The Widow is a tale of thrilling mystery and cosmic horror, spanning over 20 elegantly appointed and thoroughly haunted rooms in the labyrinthine world of Moorehouse, each of which contains the potential for rich rewards, powerful magical items, or painful, agonizing failure. Behind our beautifully illustrated cover, players and Game Masters alike will be thrilled to find over 100 pages of carefully crafted maps, incredible illustrations, and detailed descriptions, as well as a new setting-appropriate background option,  brand new magic items, an update to a classic tabletop monster, and an array of original creatures created just for this setting, all brought to life by our passionate, talented team of artists. Will you brave the perils of the Infinite Manor, unravel its secrets and escape with your lives? Or will you remain forevermore within its halls, trapped in a cycle of suffering and torment without end? The choice is yours...if you have the strength to make it."

      It's got some really great art and cool monster concepts! Dalimar is pretty amazingly creative, too - I have 0 doubts it's going to be an awesome adventure.
