Looking at that, I wonder if the hands are cast on to the poles, or whether it will be possible to separate the ogre from the cart as game play dictates...

I feel like an ogre would simply turn said cart into a melee weapon, so staying attached would make sense as well.

As of today, I've officially finished my initial wishlist (and must have power-ups) that I created back when the pledge manager opened, mostly by spending my initial pledge on the big stuff, and then spending $20-30 every payday since then.  With 7 paydays and a possible commission bonus between now and the official closing of the pledge manager, I may actually run out of things to purchase this time.

From the undercuts where the hands are meeting the cart shafts, it looks as though they're separate in this instance.

True, though after the ogre used the cart as a melee weapon there probably wouldn't be much left of the cart, so same issue of a cart-less ogre in the end.

If they aren't separate, I'm cutting them right behind the hands, and installing magnets. I loves me some magnets!

Good idea!

Warmachines acquired or at least they are on order! I was going to get the mouselings but I noticed I missed a Power Up (the werewolves). I ended up getting that instead. So really the only thing I want now is the mouselings, if I decide to get them.

I keep forgetting bases....so I think my last order will be over-sized mice & bases! Most likely I'll get those ordered this month sometime. If not then I'm done! Funny, I told myself I was only going to get a few things this time around as my needs are more for my games & I can 3d print now but I still think this was my biggest KS yet. Easily topping last KS spending.

Anyone have a clue how many bases in what size to buy if you're getting almost every thing?

Ahhh, that would depend on a couple of factors.

First, many of the figures come with integrated based that actually feature nice terrain as part of the actual figure; cobblestone flooring, or some cool terrain with fallen statues as part of it, etc. For those, I for instance, do not put them on yet another base bc I don’t live in a world where every size miniature has to fit on the specific 1”, 2”, or 3” base as per space/sizing for a tabletop RPG. If there is any confusion at my game table, I quickly clarify and we move on.

If you are the type that must have medium sized figs on 1” bases, and so forth, then I can be of no assistance other than to suggest adding up all the figs per set. Someone may have a spreadheet already generated, but I doubt it’ll include sizing/base requirements.

I would also add that at this point we really don't know what will be the exact sizes of the integral bases on many of the figures (or with some, even if they will come with or without an integral base), so it's very hard to know what size separate base each figure's integral base will require.

I think they even highlighted it when the render first went up.

We all know who the real boss is.

As soon as I saw that, I immediately wrote an encounter of a traveling merchant with his ogre bodyguard! The party thinks they’re dealing with a weak-minded ogre and may try to swindle him. But as you said, we all know who the real boss is. :B):
