Forgotten Realms has saurials, and some of the upcoming figures seem to fit them nicely.

What game systems that are built for mini's are about anthropomorphic dinosaurs, there may be a rifts or palladium setting for them but those would be very small niches. A wushu based set for LOT5R, or Kara Tur is great but what games have Dino People? broccoli an add on that those that want the dino's could spend the money for them, awesome. But who is going to use them in a game? For me they would sit in a bag in a box after being painted not used, while the other pieces would just be waiting for the players to go to Kara-Tur.

I will!

While I understand your frustration with them, and that's cool, because all figures won't appeal to all people;  I just wanted to point out that not everyone here plays D&D/RPGs.  There are any number of games where you could easily use Dino People.  Games such as Frostgrave, Ghost Archipelago, Rogue Stars, and Song of Blades and Heroes to name just a few...

There are also tabletop wargamers here, and folks who paint just for fun for whom the figures are just fine.

I don't have a need for the samurai tyrannosaurus and triceratops, but now I'm curious if I could work them into a game somehow.

Any DM worth their salt should be able to figure out a use for them. I have faith in your abilities.

something i drew many many many years ago   seems fitting

I totally agree with you in that those particular exaggerations are not very realistic in function. This was a challenging character/figure to create because I wanted her to read as feminine but als

MEOW would like to officially apologize to @Pezler the Polychromatic. For the incident When Fluffy [the sabretooth bodyguard] chased you down the street. We know that you escaped by turning into a fire hydrant, and we REALLY ha no idea that the WOOF parade was there...

We hope you robes washed out okay...

DINO-PIRATES need their own Saturday morning cartoon, with theme song and licensed toy line!

And the theme song will have the tag line, "Bring them on!"

Think i might get the little Asian elephant at retail, it is the only one I want out of that add on and I imagine it will be less than $12 at retail

What little elephant? I'd consider the same.

So after goroloth, we're looking at maybe an Asian dragon, and 2 more buildings, one of which is likely to be the 3rd part of the daimyo. I wonder what type of creature or set might come otherwise? I'm not sure any of those will become visible until tomorrow.

Crowley is to blame for all the dinomen!  :D

I mean, I'm probably not, but I'm perfectly willing to accept the praise/blame.

I like it. Sadly Saturday morning cartoons aren't really a thing anymore...

At least someone does!

L5R Before Time?  The Multiverse Revenge of Doctor Dinosaur?  Rifts?

Do a diorama of these two dinosaurs.  "Your sudden but inevitable betrayal dishonors us both.  This stain can only be cleansed by blood."  Title it something like "Wash watched late night samurai movies again."

My opinion on dinomen, while I could care less for them & other then getting them in the prehistoric expansion last KS, I've yet to buy any or get any with melt credit at ReaperCon. If I were to pick up Damiyo expansion, I'd be a bit disappointed I wouldn't use all of the 50 I spent on the expansion. Thou neither expansion has peaked my interest so far.

Thou, I agree, Reaper isn't building this KS just for me & dino men will please someone.

There was once a cartoon called Dino-Riders, but that was people riding dinos, not dinos riding other things.

Hmmmmmmmmm, dinosaur cowboys..........................

Agree sir but.. Are there that many systems using Dino-men? Between Bones IV and V We have 5 Prehistoric ones, 4 Future dinos, 8 Fantasy and 6 Asian. For one thing people are genuinely concerned that when the other  xpacs drop we will see Dino-men in Togas and Dino-men pirates! I'm still optimistic that we will see Human Samurai in part 3, I will buy this xpac and I LOVEEEEEE bones V. But yeah if I had one request... NO MORE DINO MEN

Not every person looks at minis as mostly interchangeable meeples that as long as they are close enough (for whatever value is ‘ close enough ‘) are good enough - up to the DM who absolutely requires that their minis match up exactly with what they represent and vice versa, in numbers and equipment and everything.

For those people ‘a dino-person is a dino-person ‘ isn’t actually true at all - and if they want dino-pirates, well, maybe Reaper will end up cornering the market on saurials for a while....

I'm actually pretty excited for the Dungeon Dwellers expansion. Though parts 2 & 3 fell rather flat, part 1 got me really excited.

I've been begging someone, nay, ANYONE to please for the love of god make plastic Plague Doctor mini's. Just 2 months ago I finished running a module where I needed 10 of them at once, and had several tactical encounters involving them. I would prefer a pre painted version, but I'll paint them myself if needed. At least now I'll have the option to.

Also, the worg-riding goblins are the other big draw for me. I've got about a year to go in the adventure path I'm running for my group, then I plan to run them through Red Hand of Doom.  My goblin army will need a lot more goblin worg-riders than the two I have (and the PPM ones are expensive...)

Wellcome to our biggest miniatures ever! Blood and Skulls ork rider is the largest and more detailed miniature in 70 mm scale that Nocturna models released in all of these years. This project is really monstruous and we need your help to fund it.
Take a look at all the figures in the campaign, all of them are in 70 mm scale. Blood and Skulls is 28 cm high!
        28 cm total size

I've bought everything this company has put out so far.  I'll probably pick up these two as well.  Really great figures based on classic artwork.

These two are both nude, so I can't show pictures here!

"The muses" is a range of miniatures offered by Golem Miniatures.
These 80 mm scale figures, in limited edition, will all come from realistic and oriental paintings of great painters of the nineteenth, a period that we greatly love.
During the fourth campaign "The muses", we had suggested that you submit ideas for the next muses. A vote had then been put in place to decide between the 27 muses that you had selected.
One muse dominated this vote: "La boîte à bijoux" painted by Guillaume Seignac.
To accompany it, a second muse has been chosen on the same theme: "human skin on animal skin". You will discover it below, hoping she inspires you! :)

During the third Muses campaign, we produced the magnificent Lady Godiva painted by John Collier, a famous English painter and one of the founders of the Royal Society of Portrait Painters.
Here is another of his works: "Lilith" painted in 1889.
Lilith is a mythical Hebrew and Biblical figure (Adam's first wife), whom some see as the very first portrayal of feminism in history.

      Story
I'm Adam Sadler, senior game designer at Blacklist Games, and I love miniatures. They are what got my brother Brady and me into the hobby back when we were teenagers. Whether we’re using them in roleplaying games, board games, or tabletop miniatures games, we love collecting, assembling, painting, and playing with them. While Blacklist Games has published several of our games that feature miniatures, they saw our passion could be used for the creation of a new division that would focus solely on miniatures and allow for company growth in parallel with creating great board games. With everyone at the company excited about the possibility of this new division, here we are to share it with you!
Blacklist Miniatures will focus entirely on producing high quality, highly detailed, pre-assembled plastic miniatures to be used in any type of game. Blacklist Miniatures: Fantasy Series 1, our first miniatures line, is not only a celebration of our love for miniatures, but also of all things fantasy.
With your support, this campaign will not only bring this project to life, but also open the door to other lines of miniatures in various genres and even new games to utilize them!

First time posting a KS thread.  Tribality is releasing a companion book to their previous KS "Seas of Vodari."  I thoroughly enjoyed the previous book and have been looking forward to this one.
As this is the first time I'm posting a KS thread, please feel free to let me know if I'm doing anything wrong.

I think that's enough for context.  The rest can be found on the KS page.
