Anyone else dreading a bit the incoming shipment of B5? Excited certainly, but a little "what have I done" mixed in...

My wife keeps thinking I'm joking when I say it's gonna arrive on a pallet.

I'm mostly curious just how small of a box mine will be in.  Hopefully I can at least make it a hat for a moment or two!

I'm mildly dreading the assembly process. I just want to paint and play with them, I'm tired of gluing things together...

I'm mostly just irritated because I'm having a bit of trouble gluing some metal miniatures. For the life of me I can't get the arms on a couple of them to stick.

I am.

It's part of the anticipation fun.

How... small?

Because of the pirate ship, this will be the largest Reaper box I've ever had. And the previous ones were already pretty sizable.

I'll be curious to see the total shipping weight.

Absolutely.

I went into this thinking I would just order a few things here or there...And then Reaper pulled out all the stops and I just had to keep adding, and adding, and adding...Next thing you know, what I anticipated would be a relatively small order became very "not small."

You need to be pinning, my friend.

Every time a Bones fulfillment arrives I’m very excited until I begin the unboxing process and the shipment overtakes my massive gaming table. Then the regret sets in as I pour through the order, sorting and organizing by my RPG standards. Of course, I also have to be checking to make sure everything is intact and that no parts are missing. It takes days, but I love/hate it.

Yes, a little bit.

Mine is due to just recently moving and getting a better idea of exactly how much hobby stuff I have. If the old joke about not dying until your last mini is painted is even slightly true, I'm already functionally immortal.

Not exactly "dread", because I know it won't take up as much space as everyone thinks.  I got most of B1 and B4, and 95% of it fits in a medium size tub.  What's worrying me is right now  is I can't find the correct sized plastic storage anywhere (except amazon where they are 4x the normal price) and using something different, like a cardboard box makes me feel all OCD and irritated.

Nothing reminds you more how ridiculous the hoard has gotten than a move.
