Same, only really annoyed because they had basically told me I was in the clear. But, neither of those items were power-ups. They were regular add-ons that were revealed during the campaign. 
 

I can see how the mistake was made, and they failed to tell us last week. But at the same time, if they know that the big order from the factory contains some of those items packaged for Kickstarter, and some of those items packaged for retail, I would’ve expected that they would open those boxes and see which version was received, before confirming what items are and are not held up...

and here we are in AU, where the distributor has had everything for over a month, and [redacted] are [redacted]

 

I may be a little peeved about this (on top of the excessive shipping charges we had to pay because we were billed as if items were being shipped from the US)

Have you talked to Reaper about the shipping charges to see what they were thinking when they made that decision?   Reaper does not always get things right, so hopefully they are open to your concerns.

No, the ticker was not running. Some kind of tech issue they hope to have fixed tomorrow. 

 

Several pallets of orders went out this morning before the regularly scheduled Pro Tips at 11:30 followed by a lunch break.  After lunch they refilled the bins and boxes they were pulling from and then the stream went to Rhonda Bender's regularly scheduled show.  Near the end of that we were told they had quit for the day after setting up for tomorrow, and expected to start early. 

 

It was not possible to see the packing area or pallets clearly and count how many orders went out. 

 

I expect (based on previous projects) it will be the end of the week before hiccups are worked out and they are packing at full speed.

If I make an allowance and assume that our GST makes up part of the cost (which should be listed separately) then it becomes marginally more acceptable.

 

Still doesn't change the fact that the distributor is making Reaper look bad through their inability to ship in a reasonable timeframe.

Awww dang it, dragon folk got me.  Think I'm going to stop with the hype thread until the boxes actually get here, the hype/disappointment yo-yo is outweighing the fun of it.
