I’m assuming wave 1 is still being worked on and will likely go until EOD Tuesday or early Wednesday?

Reaper has gotten me my new toys 4 other times, I'm sure I'll get them this time, too.

Reaper gets it done, they don't have control over shipping delays and global pandemics. They are doing pretty good, all things considered.

Wave 1, Backer #1 here! I’m in the EU so thankfully no missing containers, only problem is I’ll be out of town/country until the end of August…

 

I emailed Reaper and Kit from the UK hub said they’ll hold my package until I come back! So generous of them!

 

But now I have to wait another couple months… my own fault for traveling for work hah!

Good thing even mini painters always have that "emergency box"...  Y'know, the one in a safe location that you forgot about a few years ago? 

 

I have a few of those now, but I'm also a tabletop wargamer and given the 200 some minis that recently came in plus the gunpla I should be good for now. 

 

Besides, I'm wave 9 so all I know is the UPS guy will finally go "yes, no more packages for the fox!" and then Reaper will ship out my small Bones V box...

Oh boy.  Different acronym pool…where I work, COB is the end of the day, EOD is Explosive Ordnance Disposal, and I’m hoping that my Bones will not be disposed of by remote detonation.

Mine should be here tomorrow...  why do I have sooooo many meetings tomorrow?  It's going to be so hard to focus while waiting for the doorbell to ring.  Haven't told the kids yet so Thursday should be fun digging through everything with them.

  Apparently not.   I didn’t go in for a lot of the power ups, and the pirate ship in any form was just too much of a storage issue for me. 
  Bones 5 always seemed so far off and intangible. Now I’m a bit in a stunned state at the realization all those minis are going to be in my house this week!!!

I may be a little peeved about this (on top of the excessive shipping charges we had to pay because we were billed as if items were being shipped from the US)

 

I get the distinct impression that Reaper changed their mind about "whatever hub is ready first will start shipping" and "hubs will only start shipping when everything is received" when it appeared that both the AU and UK hubs would be shipping first........

Suddenly news on the AU and UK hubs went quiet and disappeared into limbo and then the US hub miraculously starts shipping even though stuff is not all there.

 

If Reaper had said from the beginning that nothing would ship until the US hub was ready then I'd be fair enough......as it is I feel this is a joke, deliberately holding up other countries deliveries just because some americans might complain about not being first in line.

I believe it's the following (got it from the kickstarter update comments):

"It's the Dragon Folk, Rune Wights, Bust Collection, Campground Scenics, & Ghost Ship"

The shipping contracts with UPS had to start before July, or be renegotiated. Ed mentioned it in one of the streams last week (I think the Q&A stream). I highly doubt this was some underhanded means of ensuring Americans got their stuff first. 

 

I think Reaper just honestly thought things wouldn’t be held up in shipping as long as they’ve been.

Awesome, thank you! That's good and bad news.. I don't think I have any of those.. but that puts me at a greater rush to find a place to put them! Luckily I didn't go as crazy with this one as I did IV.
