If it's any consolation, my UPS tracking email did not arrive until 10:05 PM, long after Reaper closed up for the day.    So, I wouldn't worry until tomorrow.  Also, check your span/junk email box.

I don't think that they will be using an external tracker, the twitch livestream that is running during business hours and in between Reaper's regular twitch programming has taken its place with an overlay that gives the info of Last Shipment Destination & the number of shipments in the last 24 hours.

A wave 3 backer in the discord just stated they got a shipping confirmation email. 
 

I’m betting a solid 30-40% of the Wave 1 and 2 backers had a delayed item.

Bones IV was supposed to be delivered in April, and I think it was shipped mid-June. So honestly, Reaper did pretty well with April goal then WORLD GONE PLAGUELAND and starting shipping at the end of June for Bones V.

 

No AC in the warehouse sounds awful. I endorse them working in whatever clothes or lack thereof makes them comfortable, and having some mega fans/misters available to keep them cool, and taking lots of hydration and self-care breaks. My toys aren't worth any of them getting heat stroke.

I am not in a big hurry, but am a wave 1 backer in Canada with no notification yet.

Thank you @Guindyloo!   While I hate change, and was perfectly happy with the old tracker, I must say I find it strangely mesmerizing to watch the Reaper employees endlessly circling the pull boxes with their carts. It's like some sort of slow motion Pac-Man game... 

 

I hope they add the Wave number eventually, and wonder if they are intentionally leaving it out to avoid controversy when people see their wave is passed and they have not received notification...

Do not rule out the idea that some people might be trolling with later Wave numbers  just to get reactions....

Wave 1, Order #45, no info.  Dragonfolk and Rune Wights are definitely the culprits.

There have been plenty of wave 3 reports so far, and the unknown amount of orders per wave that were filtered makes it entirely possible. While it could be a troll, it doesn't look or seem likely.
