It works! So, if you want to use the same email address as you did before, then you can create a new account in the pledge manager using that email address with an identifier tacked on to it. For example, if you initially created your PM account with [email protected], you can create a second pledge manager account with [email protected]. You won't need to create or use a second email address and the new PM account will send emails to the same account as before. How hard is it to put out a KS update with step by step instructions on what needs to be done for Bones 5.5 pledge manager. I have to agree with some of the backers on the KS page, the information is randomly sprawled in various media with zero consistency Sometimes they give you info on twitch, sometimes the info is buried in some response on KS, sometimes the information is on FB and who know where else. Like others have already said, you'd think they would put this information somewhere properly centralized, like the pledge manager itself or within a Kickstarter update. Facebook is NOT an appropriate place as the only spot to put the info. Cintra Posted July 7, 2021 Share Posted July 7, 2021 I saw this discussion and went to Facebook (which is a major concession for me already, I avoid Facebook like the plague) to see the exact wording/reasoning - but I wasn't able to find anything on Facebook indicating they don't want people to use secondary email accounts. If it's there, it's not obvious to me, anyway. Meanwhile, the pledge manager itself provides the instruction to use a different account: "If you want to select more, please register another account." If your order is missing any of the other previously listed missing items (bust collection, campground, ghost ship) then you are still waiting for the final US container. ETA: They ran out of Shavynra, but they have confirmed that there are additional of that item on the last container. ALSO, there is limited stock of the retail rune wights and dragonfolk so it is possible that they will burn through that stock. It'll help get some folks their stuff, and if Reaper already finished the non-delayed container stuff, then they can work on this with same missing-item protocol as before with a smaller list. That is a good decision. I don't really blame Reaper for waiting, since the container being so late seems to be something completely out of their control. Choosing to do this is a good image for the company. Doesn't really affect me, but it does show how different Reaper is from many of the failed/partially failed kickstarters and why they can still keep people interested in Bones Kickstarters (Even if communication can still be improved a lot). 5 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
