From Bones 4, according to my records we haven't seen hit retail yet:

Baba Yaga

Gauth

Narglauth (and Rauthuros)

the Dragon Turtle

Agramon, Duke of Hell

Blacksting the Wyvern

the Thunderfoot Behemoth and Blacktooth Terror

Dance of Death

Mossbeard the Treeman

the Skeletal Dragon

Nyarlathotep

Argent

the Stygian Barge

Pretty much all big addons that will need custom packaging.  Also, I wonder a bit about how hard that stuff is to move (in a retail sense).  The big boxed kits take up a lot of real estate in game stores, and most of those don't seem to be devoting a lot of space to stocks of minis.  And then Reaper has to share that space with Wizkids and Games Workshop.  I kinda wonder if the big items are more loss leaders to get people into the Kickstarters, but only folks with access to Reaper's financials would know for sure. 😛

I think the bigger or irregular shaped items should be reaper exclusives through their website. Maybe a pre-order kind of thing every quarter or something to justify doing the run in China (which I am assuming is one reason we don't see them). If the molds (which was the reason for the Kickstarter) are built, and packaging and casting are the hold ups, I think this would be a good solution. I don't even have a shop ANYWHERE near me, so getting it from reaper is my best option for getting ANYTHING reaper. @Reaper_Jon and @Reaper Ron, what do you guys think? Is this a viable solution?

The hut is definitely a production item. The skeletal dragon may be leftovers from the KS. Agramon looks SIMILAR, but I think this might be a slightly different sculpt. I seem to remember mention during Bones 4 that the Agramon there was a new version of an existing sculpt.

I think most of the others are likely, excpt Argent and the Stygian Barge. However, lessons learned from packaging Sophie's Revenge may rescue that one from the delay box. Given all the complaints about Argent, I think he may well be relegated to the delay box permanantly, unless there is a resculpt for Bones 6.

Or by Baba Yaga, were you referring to this one?

I wish they would do something like this.  There are so many models that I missed out on that I would love to get my hands on without paying someone 4x the original cost on ebay.

You remember correctly. He was made a bit bigger, and given some hand options (fire ball, sword, and empty hand IIRC).

Yes, I meant the witch herself.  Unless I missed it, she hasn't been offered for retail.

As Chaoswolf said, there was a previous Agramon sculpt in Bones, but the Bones 4 one was new, with hand and head options.

I think those Skeletal Dragons are Kickstarter overstock.  That's why they say "Not Packaged for Resale."  Although if they haven't sold out of those yet, that explains why they're not rushing to bring it to retail.  Shame, it's a nice model.

You might want to stay near that letterbox, I was supposed to receive my Box o' Bones on Monday too, but I just got an email saying that it was out for delivery ::o:

Absolutely right Kuroneko, mine turned up the middle of Sunday afternoon. So a happy evening was spent unboxing and examining the new mountain. Very impressed with the continued improvement of Bones detail and finish.

just one problem encountered so far. The Fathom Tyrant in Dark Depths. The face part is a very difficult fit into the body. As the body is an almost solid casting I'm not sure that the hot/cold water treatment will reshape things enough to make the face fit.

I had the same issue with mine, but the "treatment" solved the issue. I guess I am sliding to the dark side, torturing minis in my old age to make them more cooperative.

"So Mr Tyrant will you allow me to give you a face or do you want to go back onto the board?" Skallabjorn questioned.

Mr Tyrant remained uncooperative and unresponsive.
"Silence? I am quite happy to drip this nice hot water on your face, until you cooperate." The silky smooth voice of Skllabjorn rung out in the cold paved room.

Slowly, under the deluge of water Mr Tyrant became cooperative. But even then he was not saved from the being dunked in cold water as final reminder of staying that way. It must be said that he remained silent thpouhgt the process.

Personally I am half looking forward to doing inventory and half dreading it. I will be gluing what I can together, so that I don't later loose parts. My fingers will hardly survive this.

Yay the package has been delivered sucessfully. Absolutely no damage to the boxes, one ship (5Kg package) and one 7kg box of everything else. Now I just have the task of inventorying the contents, to ensure everything that I ordered is in there. (everything is there, even the Sophie's Dice from the core). Now I somehow have to check all the mirriad parts are present and correct whilst processing the abundant pear crop off my tree. At least the Bones won't go off if I take toooooo loooong over it.

Forgot to mention the only parts I have looked at yet is the extra dragons (Being a dragon freak I thought I look at the  treasure dragon. Then I remembered that was from a different set, Oh well. Though I did find I had two Dragon Wolf in one bag with no wings. I wonder if someone has been unfortunate to get two sets of wings and no body. I suppose they could be semi dissappeared dragons,. Though being attacked by  pair of wings would be bizzarre

Cindermaw in Curse of the Crimson Throne is probably my favorite purple worm encounter.

Though how quickly Jon's Shoanti barbarian volunteered to be swallowed alive is kind of disturbing.

Not sure if this is the right place for this…

So I’m painting the Powder Monkey from the Brinewind expansion and I’m trying to figure out what the long low-hanging thing on her belt is. Anyone know? I have no idea how to paint it!
