My best guess is some kind of powder horn for priming the touch hole on the cannon. Wood or brass in construction, maybe?

I believe it is rope, she has a belt and rope around her waist.

Yeah, it definitely looks machined. Since this figure seems to be a bit of an explosives enthusiast I’ll just assume it’s some kind of arcane black powder device or something and paint it like brass or steel or something.

Received my Bones 5. 

 

Went over the order and my PC Characters core set extra is missing about a quarter of the figures. Mostly consisting of my favourites from that selection. 😔

Shadow of Ravenhome is missing the jumping winged vampire, instead having an additional torso of the other vampire. Does anyone know the number?

Ravenhome did not have numbers listed.  I had two of the same (weirdly undersized) Vampiric Daughters and found that out when sending out my QA replacements emails.

So, many, many moons ago ie when Arakoth the awesome giant spider was first unveiled, I posted about how one of our cats was going to take great exception to it. After all, she was a voracious predator of real life spiders and had previously smashed my GW Araknorok so I was expecting her to try and dispatch it asap.

 

I was wrong.

 

The closest she's been is 2 feet and that was only to see what I had put on the floor for her to see it. She then retreated to the other side of the room and watched it carefully until I put it away into a covered box and took it away. She's not scared, but definitely doesn't want to go anywhere near it! I always said that @TaleSpinner was amazing at sculpting realistic critters and apparently Diva agrees!

Cindermaw in Curse of the Crimson Throne is probably my favorite purple worm encounter.

 

Though how quickly Jon's Shoanti barbarian volunteered to be swallowed alive is kind of disturbing.

My players had nearly killed Cindermaw before they realized/remembered they were supposed to be re-enacting a legend about being swallowed and ‘reborn.’ 🤦🏼‍♂️

It is used for holding the small charge of gunpowder that primed the flash hole from the fuse.
