My cerebus does not fit well at all, I think I need to boil him. One of his forepaws is in the way of one of the heads

 

The sea dragon's paddle fins also don't fit. Really can't get them into their sockets. Add in his pokey spikes and my fingers quite hurt now

I really like how the civilian set looks. They are all one set and the poses are generic but mostly good (I think one pose may be a little too stilted). 
The mermaids from the dark depths expansion are impressive in both size and detail.

Haha, the spikes drew blood for me. It surprised me. 
With the paddles, I just did some knife work on the pegs and they fit well enough after that.
I still haven't assembled the eye tyrant, mostly because the face didn't want to fit in.

oddy mine's face went right in. i was expecting trouble with it after everyone else. i wasn't expecting my sea dragon paddles to not fit into their sockets though

Well, heating the eye tyrant face with a blow drier worked like a charm. The face fit right in afterwards. There are some gaps I will need to fill, but that is normal. 

Currently I will need to do a lot of work on the black? dragon and some work on the gem dragon to glue the wings.

Was really looking forward to painting the shadow dragon model. Airbrushed him in some inks, dry brushed him and painted up the teeth and talons, then some attention to the eyes and finished painting him in about an hour. Then bought a LED tea light with a remote control to put in the base. Really happy with how this model turned out!

can you please share the tea light you got? Those things can be so hot or miss quality wise.

Has anyone received replacements for missing or damaged items yet? I'm wondering if I need to send another email out.

I asked a while ago during their Twitch show, and they told it would take about three weeks before they process everything.

 

I'm wondering how much is because of the missing Sophie Dice supplies.

They said on this week’s RL that the dice aren’t holding up SoD shipments; the dice will be sent separately. 
 

Ed said they are now getting less than 10 SoD emails a day, and processing as many as 75 per day, so they seem to be working their way thru pretty quickly.   IIRC, last week (2 weeks ago?) they had 599 SoD emails. 
 

I sent my SoD email on... August 3rd, and I’ve yet to get a shipment email. (Not worried, I know it’ll come.)

I sent my email out on July 25th. I wouldn't be worried at all normally but it is half of one mast for Sophie's Revenge that I am missing.

I received the wrong order. Yesterday got word from Reaper my replacement shipment has been marked for postage. So they’re working on it. I’d give them at least another week or two.

It just occurred to me i need to start putting these Halloween minis to use. Got October not too far away and i need to lay some paint down!

Cerberus was one of the ones I had to boil as well.  His feet fit well enough after that.

 

Keep in mind that one of the heads, the leftmost I think, is so close to the ground that the lower jaw actually fits in a small indentation in the base.

Forgive me for being late to the party.  Is there an inventory list and/or parts diagram anywhere for the ship?  I want to be sure I have everything before it's too late to make a claim for missing parts.
