Sculpting hair

Anyone out there have a good tutorial on sculpting hair on a balf mini?

specifically, I want to ad hair to THREGAN HELMSPLITTER, DUSKWARDEN, as he will likely be my next PC, and there are NO bald folks in my family tree, except by marriage....

First Post has a link to a video. 36 minutes. Miniature has a smooth, bare head. Hair is applied. No audio(?) except for background music (which given your musical tastes you might want to squelch).

My idea is a bit different but GW has tons of heads with all sorts of hair under 40K Space Wolves. Would be an easy swap.
