Kelcore
Got it. What we have here is a classic case of a moron not reviewing what he's already read once. I am that moron. Thanks Flynn!
Neyuttad
Well, why not. I guess I'm in too. I already finished my mini for the previous exchange so long ago.
ixminis
Anyone who's done one of these before... who picks the exact mini that you end up painting? I'm assuming that the match-up is done by the organizer... but the mini picking? Inquiring minds wanna know,
pae
The mini picking is done by the painter. You just have to pick within the genre that the paintee requests. In some cases, you have free reign over genres, too. That is, if the paintee says "surprise me".
Lady Tam
Or anything fantasy, as in my case. LT

Artists Wren Posted August 31, 2004 Artists Share Posted August 31, 2004 I've regretted not getting in on one of the exchanges in the past, as I have had very few opportunities to look at other people's painting live and personal. I'm happy to have the chance to sign up for this one, and I hope that I can paint something that will be enjoyed!
Steven Page
IMPORTANT NOTICE!!!!!!!!!!! Last chance to sign up! I'm working a late shift on Wed., 9/1/04, and will close the registry Thursday, 9/2/04,whenever I wake up. I'll start assigning painters then. I'll have a "fantasy pool", and a "CAV pool". deep_sashelas
Hi all, Pretty new here, but this mini exchange thing sounds like great fun. Would love to see how other people paint their figs, and I hope I don't disappoint someone too badly with mine... Hope it's not too late to join! (PM just sent) And that I didn't shift the number to an odd number. And thanks also to those who don't mind sending overseas, as I'm another one of those few not in the US, looking forward to this, Julian
primeval
Ok I am in again. I got great feedback from the Whiz last time; made it very worthwhile.
pae
It doesn't matter if it's even or odd, as you aren't really paired up with someone. You get a name. Someone else gets your name. You aren't necessarily painting for the same person who is painting for you.
Steven Page
Besides, most of the people here are "odd"......just ask us..... Good to have a few more in on the exchange. I'm numbering everyone, and will "conduct the draft" tomorrow at noon. Expect to see a PM sometime in the next week.(I'm working 50= hours a week, and running the two Taltos RPG's on the board, and trying to paint three exchange figures). Again, my thanks to all who have signed up, and especially to the dozen talented and generous members who have offered help if anyone gets "left out" this round. ...And a salute to Flynn for finishing the commitments of those who couldn't on the last exchange. "Noblis Obliges" is the term, I believe....
