Excellent work, she turned out lovely - nice balance of warm and cool tones.

The Kimera paints are pretty interesting; very vibrant and saturated colors, but in some instances challenging to blend.

I am guessing you used the warm yellow as opposed to the cool yellow?

Thank you!

I used mostly the warm yellow, but actually both were used! I base coated with Reaper's Buckskin Pale first. It is much more opaque than a vivid yellow, although it isn't that vivid. It is a soft yellow. Needed that to even out the surface, because vivid yellows are pretty transparent. Then I overlaid that with the Warm Yellow. I mixed Warm Yellow with Red Ochre (varying amounts) for the shadows. The shadows on that yellow band are pretty shallow, so I didn't need to pull it into black there. The highlights had some Warm Yellow + Cool + white going on, and then White with a Cool Yellow Glaze. You are correct though, the dominant one is by far the Warm Yellow.
