I wanted to get her a full regular swag bag so she can get the paints and other minis.

We went last year and she had swag bag envy because there wasn’t as much stuff in the kid’s bag.

Login to your Growtix account or use your admission pass confirmation email to get there (there's a link)...Click on extra swag and add an additional regular swag bag to your cart. Hope this helps

A question for @ReaperAHawk.

I don't know if I can make it this year or not. What happens if I get the VIP package, but have to cancel at the last minute? Can I get the whole package shipped?

We can refund up to 30 days prior to the show. The only way to have a VIP bonus bundle shipped to you is to purchase it after the con on reapermini.com (if there are quantities leftover after the show)

@ReaperAHawk Has there been any discussion about contingency plans for Reapercon related to the coronavirus pandemic?  If it’s still an issue by then will the con be cancelled or is it possible it would be postponed?

At this time, there is no contingency plan. We are hoping it won't be an issue in September, but we will make an announcement, if needed.

Hate to be the bearer of Really Bad News.

I just read the synopsis of a 20 page medical report [which I have a copy of and will be studying in detail], where the data from what has already happened with infection rates, severity of illness, and death tolls of the Covid - 19 Virus have been run through a supercomputer with various control strategies for projections of what we can expect.

It doesn't look good for ReaperCon.  In the best case scenario we might get a break with a window of a month from the current "social distancing" and "quarantine" protocols, followed by more of the same alternating on a two month cycle until an effective vaccine is developed.

Best guess on a vaccine is 14 months, and that is for the one trial vaccine that has been administered to a single volunteer proves effective with an acceptable level of side effects.  This vaccine will be administered to about three dozen volunteers after a two week observation period of the first volunteer.  The good news is that there are currently three vaccines from three different research groups that are going straight to human trials on an emergency expedited basis.

Based on this information, even if ReaperCon can go on, we probably won't be in attendance as both SWMBO and I are in the high risk group.   This saddens me greatly, but the amount of fun to be had can't even be weighed on the same scale as the possibility of me catching a case and passing it on to my wife.

I'm not cancelling our reservations, yet. But the odds are not in favor of our attendance.

I'm hoping current times helps in making the boss's decision for my request easier. Co-worker is on vacation this week (he really knows when to take time off.....:upside:), so yah long hours & hard work put in so far this week. Currently at around 8 hrs of OT & I still have 1 more night to work this week.

Thanks.  We are really looking forward to the con. With so many local events being cancelled this spring Reapercon remains the bright spot on the horizon.
