SirLarpsAlot
Hey everyone, if you're in the Denver area this weekend, swing by and check out Genghis Con. The CMPA will be there teaching painting classes and running a paint and take on Friday and Saturday. This is the second year we've done this after a brief hiatus. Here's the fun that happened last year: https://photos.app.goo.gl/TnehC7kauWfjp9Q47 Most of our classes are full at this point but come by and say hi or plan on sitting down an painting with us outside of class hours.
Doug Sundseth
To increase the attraction (or act as a warning, your choice ), I'm planning to be there (teaching a class on Saturday) and I expect several other forum regulars will be as well. 3
Evilhalfling
I think it went really well! I believe all the classes sold out, and the Paint and takes were well attended. next year we are planning for more classes. Thanks for organizing it @SirLarpsAlot
SirLarpsAlot
The only class that didn't sell out was painting faces. Not surprising since it was a late addition. We had a great turn out and I'm excited about next year. Here's a picture of @Doug Sundseth teaching a beginners class. He's a good teacher and if you're in need of instruction, I believe he'll be repeating the class at ReaperCon this year (shameless plug!).
