Just more snake-people.  Hiya might make an excellent "swimmer" of sorts armed with a trident, carrying a giant pearl, and equipped with rope and a giant hook on his back.  Sullah could be just about anything: spellcaster, scholar, or maybe a thief absconding with a valuable tome.

Draug Gwystelson (named for Gwystel, a Fair Folk agent of some repute and notorious complainer in Prydain and for Draugluin, a foul wolf/werewolf of Silmarillion fame) was an inveterate wanderer.  He was already already far from the homelands of the duergar when he encountered the arch.  It was, of course, a risk to go through a random glowing arch but what else was he to do?  It was there, after all.  After crossing through the portal Draug was amazed by what he saw: bustling streets filled with every type of sentient being imaginable for as far as the eye could see.  And the brightness in the center of it all: she would tolerate no worship, she who could slay gods, she who brings only pain.  It wasn't long before Draug found others with his love of wandering and adventure (although he would never admit any fondness for it) and the greatest adventures began.

The incident with the dragon took its toll on Ragnar (III).  Ragnar headed "home" when the band broke apart.  Zero and Petrof went their separate ways to the furthest corners of the land while Ragnar took proof of the dragon's demise to his lord.  Upon his return, Ragnar was approached by the king's most powerful wizard with an offer: eternal war, eternal life, eternal glory, and he'd never have to spend time contemplating the dragon unless he chose to.  Ragnar accepted the offer to join The Court of the Undying: the king's greatest advisors on magic, faith, war, espionage, and other topics.  The magic worked perfectly at first and the realm prospered.  When one of the Undying would pass the magic would absorb small amounts of life energy from the populace until there was enough to return the Undying to life, usually a few days after.  But as the decades passed the length of "death" for any of the Court lengthened.  A few days at first, then weeks, then months.  Only one of the Court is "alive" at any given time now and Ragnar's proficiency on the battlefield has kept him from his death-slumber for too long. The magic is taking its toll on his mind and he increasingly slips between battles, between wars, between kings, between centuries.  A dream recently came to Ragnar in one of his rare moments of peaceful sleep.  A bottle of mead, a vintage blended with rare fruits and spices from a time before, shared with a friend.  Petrof said there might be a way to fix the spell binding The Undying in the library at The Necropolis, but Ragnar would have to get there alive first.  It wouldn't be easy, though, the dragon had finally found a clue that led her to Ragnar.  She would have her head back!
