CEWhelpley
I order a reaper bones oni, but there seems to be a hard clear buildup on one of the arms. I though it was just the model plastic but it's hard and brittle and stuck to it. Will this come off by cleaning it or should I chip it off? It's a different texture than the model and I feel like I'll damage the model trying to pry it off. Thank you for your help.
DocPiske
I would contact Reaper about a replacement. It sounds like the factory got carried away with the super glue. [email protected] Send them a description of the problem but do NOT send pictures.
Clearman
Sound like it might be some of the glue used to factory assemble the model. You can try some alcohol or acetone to soften it for removal.
Artists Wren Posted April 11, 2020 Artists Share Posted April 11, 2020 I would start by trying to chip it off with an Exacto or similar. Superglue is usually pretty brittle.
