Most of you can perceive the following as you approach the ship.

1. It will never sail again.  There is a huge hole in the lower deck.  The ship is currently wedged between rocky reef and the cliff face.  Each wave batters the ship a little more.

2. The dinghy was roped off outside the boat, and has since become bashed into worthlessness.  There doesn't appear to be anything of worth still on the dinghy.

3. Something belowdecks is making an awful racket on the Jenivere.

Give me some time, I'm going to have to draw a ship for you.  No maps included for it.

Thanks.  I found some stuff online.  This was adapted from a TSR map from 1989.

Lorak can tell you the exact layout, so assume you know these key locations.

There is a hole in the bow, most likely flooded the lower deck and the foreword crew cabin.  It’s lucky Jask was eating at the time, or he’d have drowned in the brig.

Where do you want to go first?

" I would suggest the captian's cabin.  That is where he was storing all the instruments I was playing on so I am thinking that is where any important things or maps and log books would be.  It also looks dry so that may be where any survivors might be as well."

Ok.  Majority rules.

You enter the captain’ quarters.  Once inside, you see that there is a hole in the aft as well.  Some of the contents of the room may have spilled out, but a large overturned desk is too big to have fallen out, and blocks anything else from falling out.

A footlocker leans against the desk.

All of the drawers of the desk are present and closed.  No people or creatures or bodies are in this room.

Arune looks around "you can never be too careful..." and pokes the desk and the chest with his rapier.  If nothing moves he casts detect magic and begins to look around and using his infravision to check out the darker corners of the room

8+3 =11 for perception
