I got the Sphinx to fit when I scaled it to 80%, but that's the version without base.

(Rotated it so that the face is towards one of the long sides instead of the short sides as the slicer will default to.)

61.28ml without Supports.

Hollowed, it's 23.7ml.

(currently slicing)

I thought that your first Sphinx attempt was not hollowed, so why another one?

I have not printed a Sphinx yet.

I printed the Glatisant hollowed, now printing the Sphinx.

The other Sphinx I'm working on was printed by Ratsmitglied.

That sphinx looks gloriously statuesque.  I feel like you couldn't go wrong by printing up TWO of them, painting them up as "stone" but with lots of golden trim accents, and using them to flank the processional staircase before a grand temple.  Or, of course, that would make one *impressive* "boss fight" monster (or else a Sphinx for some sort of riddle/puzzle encounter where you *really* don't want to let the barbarian have his way and just start fighting rather than spending a few more minutes puzzling over the proper solution).

I like the way you think!

A while ago I showed the Inca Princess on a Panther and said it was one of the minis that made me want a 3D printer.

Well now I like to show you THE mini that made me want one.

I still need to print the stairs and the big snake statues for her altar.

So far these are the braziers, the altar itself and the mighty Queen!

Her tail ends in a cobra and her hair are snakes.

Finally I found myself capable enough of printing her and cleaning without breaking anything.

Total 7 hour 49 minutes print.

Maximum antialiasing.
