They'll fit in a 40cm wide Billy bookcase from IKEA...

I only have room for one more of the wide Billy bookshelves, and that one definitely will not be for me (it'll be hubby's).  Such is good to know though, even if SLA will be the second printer in our place pretty much guaranteed.

An ender 3 sideways only takes up about 18 inches, front to back will fit in about 24 inches.  Not a big space.......  :poke:

I filled the buildplate!

A Merfolk Warrior

A big Demon ( it was a sample so it doesn't have hands)

Thus, Claws ( scaled them up from Jurakin Claws to fit the Demon hopefully)

4 treestumps.

Oh boy...in an hour or three we will know.

The Merfolk Warrior is from 3Dcult no idea who makes it.

All the rest is from Artisan Guild.

That Demon came as a sample because it is presupported.

Unfortunately no hands.

The claws I want to use for him are from the April Set Jurakin Tide Warriors ( Fishmen), the treestumps are from the Welcome pack I got when I joined them on Patreon.

Curious to see how this will work out.

I can't tell you guys enough how much I value your advice!

Another flawless printing session!!!

  • Artisan Guild - Demon Sample ( Pre-Supported and oh boy, those presupports come off like silk) no hand though
  • Artisan Guild - Jurakin Claws, I enlarged them to 125% to fit the Demon, and they do!
  • Artisan Guild - Treestumps
  • Gloomykid - Merfolk Warrior.

You know what's making it easier to resist the siren song of a 3d printer? I can't find isopropyl alcohol. Oh well, guess I'm safe!

I'm really enjoying watching your progress @Glitterwolf ::):

Mean Green Cleaner & Simple Green can be used as well.

Unless of course people are drinking it across the border as well......:lol:

Oh hey, browsin cults3d & finally figured out how some sorta credit I got on there works now, but I ran across this:

and folks he is HOOKED!

I deny everything!

Thanks for your advice!

By the way the merfolk  warrior shows some spots in the pics that seems to need sanding, in real life it's barely visible.

Still used the exacto knife though after seeing the pics.

The camera enhances everything, comes in handy sometimes.

The demon is from Artisan Guilds February release, so you should be able to find it on MyMiniFactory.

I know,

Thing with this one is, Artisan Guild now offers pre-supported files.

The Demon and a Dwarf were freebies to show how those work.

Somehow the Dwarf is complete but the demon came without hands  ( Lots of their minis are modular so you swap hands, I guess they only provided the main part)

In order to complete him I used the Jurakin Tide claws ( enlarged to 125%).

I have seen many stuff I like, and I will use my discount soon for some Lizard and Snake stuff, I mean have you seen that Snake Queen??

Thx, nice to hear from you again, hope all is well!

So, you're going to buy some green then???

And with that green you need a printer, right?
