It's reaper I couldn't find it on the online store. I got this one at one of my local game shops. Looks like Nobel Knight has it in stock on their eBay store.

The 25th anniversary figures were a limited run a couple years ago, different one each month, free with orders above $40. While they aren't available any longer thru Reaper, on the secondary market there should be quite a few in circulation and still reasonably priced considering only a short time has passed.
