seeking plastic dragon, 75x50mm base

Specifically looking for a dragon that would fit on a 75x50 mm base.  I specified plastic because metallic minis of that scale get pricey.  :c

So yeah, it's kinda hard since companies are really horrible about giving any sense of how big their minis are (I mean, an unflattering picture of the mini standing on a 25mm grid paper would genuinely help tremondously) ... and dragons tend to either be tiny or table filling.  ^^;

How realistic does the dragon need to be?

I think Safari Ltd. might be a good choice for you - ranging from cute dragons to more menacing.

Wait... the Wizkids unpainted silver dragon... $5 - and around that size - comes on a 2" round base, but overhangs, front to back.

Would that do?

And, unlike the Beholder, that dragon is pretty easy to find. ::):

Safari's stuff is usually more Gargantuan than Large/Huge.

I'd say hit the dollar stores still open and see what cheapy dragons they'd have.

Alternatively, search for toy dragons on Amazon, a lot of them will have bundles and will list height and length dimensions in the item description.

77110: Deathsleet is longer than wide so I believe would fit on a 75 mm x 50 mm base, although possibly with a little overhang front/back (and a lot more overhang to the sides, from the wings).  (I don’t have an unbased, unpainted copy so I can’t prove this). Deathsleet has weak ankles and will need to be pinned to prevent bending.

Some of the other Reaper dragons may fit that size as well.

something I've found to be super frustrating is that a lot of the Amazon listings state the product dimensions in terms of PACKAGE dimensions.  There's a lot of instances where that differs from the actual model itself.

Being said, the Nolzur one looks like it fits the bill close enough.  =)  thanks for the heads up.

and yeah, I'll check the others as well.  Overhang's fine as long as the overhang isn't ground level (i.e. I can still get minis in on the adjacent spaces).

there are some 2.5" to 3" long plastic dragons from Toy Essentials on Amazon..

Also the Bones shadow Dragon 77108 is pretty close to 75mm long, the tail makes it longer..

Found this painted picture of the Reaper model.  That one looks like it's close enough to what I need.  May just elevate him a little so other figures can stand behind where the tail is is all.  ^^  thanks!

Descent has a dragon called "Valyndra" that fits on a 2x3 footprint.  But you'll be paying for Descent content that you probably won't want.

Funny you say that!

The whole point is I'm making a villain for Descent, namely that white dragon that appears on the box cover art and nowhere else in the game.  lol   So yeah, Valyndra's a great model, but sadly won't work for my intentions.  ^^;;;
