Could we make a thread of Free Box Projects or something? I'm just so into what goes on with my past treasures. I have nine boxes of goodwill that have passed through my greedy little fingers. It can be difficult remembering what is and is not from the BoGW. (that isn't to say I don't have some earmarked projects... I have some heroes on the half shell shell and a pirates court that are waiting as well as a whole bunch of goblins from the warlord days that need some love.) but we could try to tag projects with a BOGW tag if you remember that the material came from a box.

Like Mr. Rex above me, I've been involved in all of them, so it's hard to remember exactly which box the figure might have come out of.
Members SamuraiJack
I took some plastic knights and used them for stocking stuffers for the grandkids a couple years ago..
kristof65
OMG. It took me over an hour to repack the @pcktlnt box. I do not know how the platypus got all that in there in the first place - and I consider myself a master at packing things. Here's what I took: My son just had to have the mimic dice bag - he's been bugging me to make my selections and take my pictures since the box arrived and I opened it. Most of this is going to be distributed to a few of the kids in the D&D group i run for my sons. @Keianna - I'll try to get the box out tomorrow, but it probably won't go until Monday. My wife and I have removed a ton of them from their clickbases over the years. Your repaint really helped it out.
Mutilatedlips
Box is on front porch waiting for pickup. I could not use my last medium flat rate box due to a recent sale, so with some extra tape, the BOGW will have to survive at least one more trip. When I pealed all the shipping labels off, it looked as though I was about the 5 person the box got shipped to. Good luck!

Funny enough, I included several of him and a variant with a less human face several years ago in a Box of Goodwill. Mage Knight had some serious hidden gems, not just counting the re-molded Ral Partha miniatures. I used to buy them in bulk from Troll & Toad back when they were in high supply for about $.40 each, maybe a decade ago. Bulked up a lot of unusual creature types or stuff for my Warhammer armies. Being OoP that long has reduced the availability now. Edited June 5, 2020 by Lidless Eye

Package has been exactly where noted, at front door since 7:30 am and that is where it is still sitting after mail got delivered today. 1 1

It’s generally a custom to run the boxes as long as possible.

No it isn't, it's still going, but I am leaving a note for the carrier in the mailbox tomorrow to remind them to pick up the box. Going to do another scheduled pick up. Not sure what the deal was today, usually they are good about getting the packages I leave for them.
