Do you dance when no one is watching?

Of course. And I stop dancing when they are.

That's assuming you call those uncoordinated movements I do that barely follow the music "dancing". Somewhat akin to what you'd expect from Muppets.

There's a couple of things I lack. Rhythm and shame. So not only do I "dance" when no one is watching, but also whenever or wherever the urge strikes me. Life's more fun that way.

Depends.  Does spastic movements to music count as dancing?  If yes, then the answer is maybe.

I don't care if anyone watches, play Motörhead or Arch Enemy and things might happen.

No. Whether or not they dance (or can dance) should not have any effect on friendship.

Pop music is often not a good source of relationship advice.

When I can be sure I'm alone I talk things out. There's usually several things I can find to discuss with myself.

Oh heck yeah. My cat loves it. Fiancee insists she is somebody and it should stop immediately.

Um, YEAH! I once took a social dance course in college, and loved it. Granted, nowadays my movement is not as smooth or graceful as then due to some nerve injuries and hip-stabilizing ligaments being cut, but I make do.

I mean, I had to try that flossing dance craze to see how hard it was. Spoiler alert: easy when you go slow, but hard when you try to pick up some real speed. I end up looking like I'm being electrocuted.

Now, twerking... I draw the line there. Nobody, not even empty space, needs to witness that.

ditto.

I have always danced with more enthusiasm than skill, and rarely let that bother me.

I cannot dance; even if I wanted to.

If some outlaw pulled out his six gun, pulled down his bandana, and said, “...dance! Pilgrim...”. My answer will be,

Just shoot me now.

I've done jumpstyle, in a country that never really saw it emerge, when it was still new-ish in Europe, in front of police officers.... That were driving one of the vans they use to bring groups of people to the drunk tank... Along the line on a crosswalk.  On a Friday night, probably around midnight.

I don't care if someone is or isn't watching if I want to dance, I'll dance.   Chair dancing seems to be the most common form though, because actually dancing while operating a motorized vehicle that's moving at 60-110kph is generally considered a very bad idea!
