(In one blister they give you a choice of NINE different figures. Nine!) I know next time I make it to the factory, I'm grabbing a bunch of the heads. I really want as many pumpkin heads as I can get. There's gonna be a whole Frostgrave warband... unless I can learn to sculpt them first... Hmm...

I painted up the old version of the witch coven. Not sure if I should wait for the Bones 6 version (with hut?!?) or get the metal one next month. I like the new nosferatu vampire too. Moderator Popular Post Chaoswolf Posted September 18, 2020 Moderator Popular Post Share Posted September 18, 2020 Update: my wife is home and resting, the ER doctor said to take it easy today, follow up with primary care doctor, and she should be fine. She's got a really nasty looking bruise/bump from where she hit her head. 38 minutes ago, TGP said: Maybe a coworker took her? or is at least giving her a ride back? I thought (was hoping) that might be the case, which was another factor in my decision to not go looking for someone to go nuclear on. That's not what happened, though.
BadgersinMeadows
@Chaoswolf Hope your wife is doing well. Those people at her work sound like they are true dumbheads. Eloquent but I think it's suitable. 8
Jasper_the_2nd
Been on hold waiting to speak to Canada Post tech support for most of an hour now.... Got the notice that I had customs due on a package, so tried to pay it online (which has worked fine in the past). It cam back and said it couldn't process and to try again later, but then I got a email from may CC company that they payment was processed. Just another "fun" Friday.....this jazz rift they use for background music is really getting old....... 3 3

Popular Post Kuroneko
Meant to post this yesterday, I was walking to work when I heard a distinctive noise and this flew right over me ( not my photo, unfortunately) A glorious spitfire! Flying in a tribute between hospitals to say thanks for their hard work in these terrible times. I really wish I'd brought my camera, but such is life, I guess. Also my sympathies to @Chaoswolf, hope your wife is feeling better soon. Edited September 18, 2020 by Kuroneko 22
PaganMegan
Today it feels like autumn. Autumn is fine, but, in Stark terms, it means Winter is Coming. 1
kristof65
Well crud. It finally happened. We're going to have to go out and buy some bubble wrap. For the last 14 years we've been able to recycle what I receive via work and what we bought for moving, but thanks to the number of my wife's glass sales this year, we ran out. 15

Make sure you have some place to sit down, because the price of bubble wrap will give you heart palpitations. Bubble wrap is a DNR (do not recycle) in this house.

NebulousMissy
I can tell it's Fall here. The winter blankets are appearing on my partner's side of the bed. It's just Fall tho. So I'm sleeping comfortably while kicking the sheets off when I get too hot and she's sleeping comfortably all burritoed up in winter quilts. Winter is when the conquest for blankets begins. When I actually need one and they're all in use. 4 10

Just checked - looks to be about the same price we paid when we started packing up for moving 4 years ago.
