Inarah
Say not that the Time of Soup has passed us, for the nights are still chill with the breath of Old Man Winter and the blooms of Spring dare not show their heads. Though the Crock Pots encroach they may yet be bent to the will of man and made to produce the elixir of health, a hearty soup!

Of course, it is my birthday. This makes sense.
haldir
T minus 1 more day of work before vacation kicks in, I just gotta get through my 2 nights off this week first. While at work last night, listening to youtube music, I thought of this: If your hear a song with electronic keyboard & similar sounds, just picture a squirrel behind the equipment. It makes that song sound totally different. As noted in Questions for March thread, I discovered a new band, thanks to youtube music *again!!* Skald. Kinda perfect timing as my Saturday D&D group after dealing with the shadow black dragon will be heading into Gnarlheim. I may have to start playing their sound in the background to help the players get more involved with the setting. This is of course if their characters survive this Saturday!! 5

WhiteWulfe
My idea for a permanent photography setup seems to have rapidly blown itself out of proportion. At first it was a basic 24x24" tent with a cheap lighting kit, and now the idea seems to be this massive light kit with gridded softboxes that costs three times more, skips the photo tent, and instead adds in photo background diorama thingies. Not sure whether to be excited about such in the planning stages, or if it's another case of complete and total overkill. It would provide a good amount of even light though, that much is definitely certain.

There is only "open fire" and "reload". 1 1

They were still a little bitter about not being on the soundtrack. And I can't say that I blame them.
