I think we've all had a pretty tough year. I was part of a cross stitch swap and it took us all a while too. I'm almost done with my mini swap, but I've also been struggling to get any art whatsoever done this year. We still took part in something cool together here!

The mailman just left a package at my door and ran! (I have dogs that bark and the mailman knows this. I think it is a game to see if he can get out of the yard before I make it to the door!) I received the most wonderful little man with his hands on his hips, very matter of fact! AND a gorgeous (odd term considering the subject but he is) werewolf! They are both painted beautifully and I love them! Thank you very much @buckyball! The werewolf definitely fits with the theme "something wicked this way comes" and both minis will find some game time, I am sure! If you didn't take photos, I am happy to take some and make a show off thread. They are too good to not show off!

I have an ok photo of the little man with his hands on his hips. He is supposed to be a garlic farmer, from New Zealand. I bet that if you posted a photo of him it would be 'Epic'. The werewolf was my Reaper contribution to the exchange. My messy painting style works best on furry things.

I am very happy you like them.

I will post photos tomorrow! I do love them! And, I didn't think it took that long to get here. Auspost is usually pretty terrible and then factor in Covid, it arrived in less than a month! I'm impressed!

I received the most wonderful package today from JGroeling!  He really went all out, with a diorama and integrated base for this  lovely bard and her canine friend.  I just love the composition of the bricks and moss and the stones on this base, and these two adventurers will definitely be making it into my next campaign.  Beautiful painting!  This really made my day.  Thank you!!

Glad the duo made it there intact. Was a lot of fun to put together.

Also:

Just got home to find a package from @Cygnwulf waiting for me.

These turned out great, and love the themed warning note. Definitely going to send these after my players soon (and may have to have their captain receive this very note from a fellow sailor of the deadly seas).

Thank you so much.
