Come on Kyra w-we need to get moving somewhere, a-anywhere." As she says this she starts to tug on Kyra's hand. "Please let's go."

Kyra shakes her head slightly, she moves so she has her back to the group standing at Shannon's left side. "I will not travel in this forest alone. I have had my share of frights this night. I feel we are safer with them, although I will not admit that to any of them. I promise to protect you as much as I can if they choose to continue the search," her voice raises slightly as she concludes, "but please don't ever run off without us again."

The elf turns back to the group and remains silent as the others discuss the plan, still keeping an ever watchful eye of Ismark. She has always had a problem with trusting people, especially humans and especially new arrivals from out of no where. She has know Shannon for years and has learned to trust her more over time. Her eyes move to Tanner; though human, he has proven to be worthy of her trust, for now any way. He has been loyal to the group, even back in Siltar. He did rush to her and Shannon's aid when they walked into the trap. Though, so did Vincent and she did not trust him at all, nor did she hold him in high reguard. She looks upon Gund next. Of course she trusted Gund. He was a dwarf after all. Even if he has been know to "borrow things without permission" she felt his heart was loyal. Then there is Vic. It's hard to know if one can trust a heep of living metal or not. One can't look into his eyes and see "normal" emotion. Up until now, Kyra looked to Vic for guidance since he was the only one of the group from this world (besides Kyme, but Krya wonder just how apart of the group he really was any way). But during this fight, Vic's war personality has seemed to resurface and he does not seem the peaceful, mind tempered warforge he had been back with the gnomes. As for Kyme, Kyra feels no trust of him and that was that.

As her mind drifts from thought to thought, Kyra again rests her blue green eyes upon Ismark.

“I’ve no idea if they have any experienced woodsman but I got the sense it was not so, it’s why I came to look about myself.”

Still showing no emotion, Kyra thinks darkly to herself, "So the village is not his home."

"Come on, let's get to the village first and see if we can stock up on gears and ask around. Besides, I can't leave this poor son-uv-a-bi**h lying in the mud like this in the middle of the woods..." the Warforged said as he scooped the body of the guard up, and slung him over his shoulder yet again.

"Everyone, be careful. Those hags could be anywhere..." he said.

Still holding her stare, not caring if Ismark notices it or not she says cooly, "Please, Mister Arbane. Lead us to this village of yours. If we do not find Kyme along the way perhaps we may at least find a good night's rest."

Ismark watches as the Warforged slings the guard over his shoulder and indicates his desired destination.

Please, Mister Arbane. Lead us to this village of yours.

"I'm still concerned for Kyme's safety." Tanner says thoughtfully. "But if you all think we're better off going to the town, then I'm in."

“If you all feel that Kyme will manage on his own then so be it, I’ve not the strength to venture off on my own.” he says with a worn look on his face

“Perhaps he’s picked up some trail and found safe passage through these woods and awaits you” he adds with a weak smile

This Kyme must excel in his profession to have instilled such confidence in them, well, they know him better than I, but I fear there will be no one waiting for them to return.

Once everyone is prepared to move on, Ismark takes a finally look around, using the lake as a reference point he makes a mental note of there position.

“The village lies in this direction” he says.

"Okay the village or anywhere let us just b-be going from this spot I feel we have lingered here far to long. At least the sun is back out, this is how I always pictured a forest to be. Not l-like welll just not w-what was h-here before." As the group start to move Shannon feels a lot happier. "Kyra I wasn't on my own Vic as with me and no-one had warned me about things like that woman who lives in the forests here. I only wanted to make sure the cultists where well treated ... I guess I failed there but I did try. I feel foolish for not having my swords but I am just not used to carrying them and especially not attached to my belt. They just keep getting in the way. I am sorry though, thank you for coming to find us."

Walking over to the newcomer "Hello I am Shannon, thank you for helping my friends Mister Arbane on Eberron not many people seem willing to show such valour. I will tell you what I can off Kyme as it may aid you but to be honest we know little, well except for Vic for we have only known him these last few days and only fleetingly at that. He is a ranger though how skilled I know not. As I said I saw him in the woods shortly before s-she started to p-play with Vic and myself. As he was unable to come to our aid as you all did he may well have already moved out of earshot. I suggest that we check the caravan or the village as none of us have any skill with tracks so we should first check the places of safety he may have headed for before trying to search blindly through a forest. It would be foolish of us to befall more misadventure while Kyme is waiting for us in the local tavern. Though to be fair he may well be searching for us, Vic could best answer that question. And thanks for your offer of weapons but I have no idea how to weild a sword and a dagger would just provide false confidence."

"The more that I think on it," Tanner half-mumbles, still contemplating, "maybe we should head back to the caravan first and gather our belongings. I feel that if we tarry too much longer, our 'good' caravan master may claim them for his own and be off as if we never existed. He certainly feels no loyalty towards us."

Kyra listens to Shannon as she nods her head. She wants to tell her more, especially that you should never leave your weapons behind any where but she doesn't want to make her feel any worse than what she already does.

Kyra looks around and notices that she is the only one with her pack. Great, Sha leaves her swords and the others leave their packs with healing potions...

"Then I say we go and retrieve our supplies! I never noticed that everyone left their gear behind!"

"Hello I am Shannon, thank you for helping my friends Mister Arbane on Eberron not many people seem willing to show such valour.

"you are welcoome Shannon and please, call me Ismark. I was no more valorous than you when you sought to see to the safety of your escort" he says, still looking about to be sure of there direction

He withdraws his silver dagger and hands it pommel first to Shannon"It would make me feel safer if you carried it till you retrieve your own weapons, you'll at least give any attackers reason enough to think of there own hide" he says in a calm voice.

"Well first lets exit these woods, then from the main road you can head towards your caravan." Ismark says

Surely the rest of there escort must be on the lookout for them
